Anyone Box?

I shadowbox with ankle weights but I dunno if I ever actually plan on fighting a real fight.

I'm pretty quick tho.

Floyd and Cotto...I have to admit, im a little pumped. Screw Mannys b.s, if he cant man up and tell Arum to stop messing around then you can get the label of ducker.

Cotto and Floyd is a nice match up, come forward fighter vs counter puncher with the cavet being the come forward fighter has nice skills and isnt just a head down banger. He has real size too though I do expect him to come down to at least 150.

I dont really care anymore, atleast Floyd tried to get Manny to fight by calling him out if he cant man up to Arum as you said then let it be.......

Atleast that should stop the Floyd is scared rubbish i keep seeing.

Anyway as you said it is a nice match up and i for one will look forward to it, i also really like both fighters so i can enjoy it from that standpoint aswell.

Still think Floyd will win the fight quite comfortably tho.

BTW Josh what weight are you? also if your really interested you might want to look into sparring.

True and I favour Floyd too, then again no matter who the opponant is it would be that way.

If Cotto can corner him and get him on the ropes then he has the chance to land because he has skill, but Floyd wont be moved around the ring so easily.

So I assume Manny is gonna bitch out and fight the easiest fight out there, Lamont Peterson.

I mean, no Floyd, no Cotto, Bradly is probably deemed too dangerous and Marquez will woop him again, so who else?

Floyd would duck out a Cotto bout like before.

Not excited at all about Mayweather vs Cotto to be honest, only one I'm interested in Floyd fighting is Miss Pacman.. I will still watch it though because I'm a Mayweather fan

Legendary trainer Angelo Dundee has died at the age of 90 Crying or Very sad

Renowned boxing trainer Angelo Dundee has died at the age of 90.

Dundee, who helped train Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard, passed away in Tampa, Florida, his son Jimmy told the Associated Press.

"It was the way he wanted to go," he said. "He did everything he wanted to do."

Introduced to the world of boxing after World War II by his brother, a promoter in New York, Dundee began working with Ali - then Cassius Clay - in 1960.

Dundee had attended Ali's 70th birthday party in Kentucky last month.

The pair's working relationship had been famously close, unaffected by the controversy caused by Ali's conversion to Islam and his refusal to serve in Vietnam.

It won't be a hard fight for Pac, i mean Bradleys gonna have to come up and fight at a weight he's never been tested at and he's fighting the most dangerous fighter in the sport.

I don't understand why he ( Bradley) would take the fight now. I know it was always his plan to fight Manny since he signed with Top rank, but i think it's a bit too soon for him.

How is it too soon? He has beaten everyone else worth beating minus Khan and Manny the last 3 fights has looked increasing worse. Its probably the best time to fight him.

He also is finally get a big payday so I understand him.

Oh right that makes sense, but tbf the way Arum does business and is an utter coward the Floyd fight was never happening either......

Yeah i understand the money involved is a huge factor for him taking the fight, but i just feel he should first have fought someone else at the same weight to set himself up better. Seems to me that he's going in a bit cold.

Dani, you really think Bradley can win?

Intresting, maybe.

Can he win? I dont know, his style is a little dirty and up close, which in some ways might bother Pacman and in other ways suit him.

I dont know if Pacman is in severe decline or not either. In short, I think he has a chance.

I haven't watched much of Bradley tbh, but I'm skeptical about any fighter's chances against Manny if he doesn't have a defensive approach. After the Marquez fight i think Manny would choose someone who is a bit more open.

It'll be a good fight Bradley's a champ and i expect him to fight like one.

He isnt pretty to watch, he headbutts, get up close, tussles...wont ever mistake him for a technical fighter.

I dont actually think it will be a very exciting fight tbh.

Are you crazy? The Marquez fight was like X-mas come early...the whopping JMM gave him had me jumping up and down like it was a Barca game.

This is also very true, its a problem. I think Bradley can only win on the points, but if the Marquez fight was anything to go in, thats frankly not possible.
