If that was his original plan then I am actually quite impressed. hmm

..and I'm back to being interested again, Khabib vs Al Iaquinta (no relation to the Juve legend) close to being finalized..that's actually a much tougher matchup for Khabib than Holloway.

Al Iaquinta officially confirmed... not a bad replacement, he's not on championship weight though

3 months ago he said he doesnt want to fight Khabib, now he accepts it on 1 day notice lmao

Was thinking it's incredibly strange that he attacked a bus full of fighters and a full scale mass brawl didn't start Laughing

That's not usually how real life works.

Didn't he go into the bus on his own?

He'd have surely been restrained within seconds. I know he's a good fighter but he weighs like 8 stone and a bus full of fat pie eating hooligans would've grabbed him never mind other fighters.

Nah he stayed outside with a group of 20+ goons. Majority of fighters on the bus were midgets too who he would spark. Most didn't even know what was going on and some of them have pressed charges against him and are gonna sue him Laughing one was even caught lying due to that footage, blatantly seeking a big payday in court.

I can think of plenty of fighters in the UFC who would have gone out there and probably smashed most of his pikey Irish crew but like I said, most of the fighters on that bus were plebs.

@Myesats he wants dat payday and Dana said they will work something out to recognize Al as the legit champion if he wins lol. I still favor Khabib but I actually would be shocked if Iaquinta beats him.

I'd be watching it free and even then I'm not mad enough to watch live, disgusting, they should have made it free after all the changes

Meh.

Rose is really good. Really good. Can’t stand her as a fighter though. No charisma at all.

Nurmagomedov is relentless but he looks very much beatable.... Think if Tony didn't pull out, he'd beat him

It's a shame so many things went wrong this past week.

Conor vs Khabib is going to be insane though, the views and hype are already through the roof and there's still a long way before the fight happens, if it ever happens that is.

Khabib looking gassed in the championship rounds, Tony definitely has/had a great chance vs him. I still want to see that badly but Tony's like a year out probably. Sucks. Still think Conor has 0 chance as he gasses after 1.5 rounds himself. More interested in Khabib vs GSP, I hope that happens.

That said I'm sure Conor watching last night will be more open to fighting Khabib now.

Wouldn't be so sure about Conor gassing out quickly, at 170 surely but he feels good at 155

CM Punk fights this weekend again for all the WWE fans, took a couple years away after the last fight to train..but having seen footage of his fundamentals, even though they bought in an absolute scrub to fight him, he's going to get starched IMO. Should be fun. It's an all around great card in general so worth a watch.
