Rubio 12 points 10 assists.

Tony Allen 8-8 , 4-4 from the stripe lol..........I don't think you beat Memphis when Tony Allen does that.

That dude is a boss, gotta love him.

Dont know if anyone mentioned him, but yeah he is fantastic. An all star.

Not the best 1 v 1 defender, but excellent in many other aspect. Best rebounder in the league for me.

Is stroking it from 3, he lost some weight and is alot more mobile. Doesnt have great post moves but he gets so many points from shooting the jumper and then picking up scraps and offensive rebounds.

He is also the best outlet passer in the game since Bill Walton.

Yeah, unfortunately I don't watch/play as much basketball as I used to and I feel like I don't quite belong in this thread. A lot of you guys could easily fill in on ESPN, I always like to drop in and lurk for the most part. I've just always appreciated players who hustle and aren't afraid to put in the work. One of the main reasons I brought up Kevin Love, you can tell he has been putting in the work. I saw a piece about him and his new diet, one of the reasons for his new physique.

Whoa......slow down there

I'm inclined to jump in.

My Dad always goes on and on about how underrated Oakley and Rodman were as passers.

He said best outlet passer (not sure if you caught that), not passer in general.

Plus, you're a Wolves fan and I don't believe you've mentioned Kevin Love, what's up with that? You're always on about Ricky Rubio and other Wolves players.

Never really noticed it TBH.I'll pay attention to it more from now on.

@Tetra....I've mentioned him a couple of times..........I'm a fan....not like a fan of Rubio......but a fan.I used to talk about him back in the day because he got so few minutes and did such great work, but now I think everyone recognises what he does pretty well.

I dunno what to post about him really, I guess i can post his stats lol but they're consistently amazing. They don't even stand out anymore.

It's funny you mention that I'm a wolves fan.I dunno how I became a Wolves fan...but these days I find myself watching every game.I'm a lakers fan but everytime I think a team is severely underrated I start watching their games....OKC,Chi for 2 seasons now, Minny. + Minny has Rubio. ☀

@Franchise: Where do you rate Timberwolves Garnett as an outlet passer.......?

Yeah, KG is a very good outlet passer. But dont think he has the range of Love. Chuck Hayes is another very good one.

Yeah that Kobe shot over Patterson was crazy.

This is one of my favorite game winners too. The way the Bobcats manage to choke away a 2 pt and the ball with 5 seconds is awesome. Cool

Kobe and Allen would both be in my current top 5 clutch players.

Edit: top 5.
1. Ray Allen
2. Kobe
3. Melo
4. Dirk
5. Wade/Pierce

I'm sure everyone will be like Kobe #2, wtf! But Ray Allen has hit just as many game winners in the past 5 or so years and on a much higher percentage. While Kobe has made a ton of game winners he also has missed the most game winners... http://82games.com/gamewinningshots.htm Wish it was more updated since Ray has had at least 6 since then. Off the top of my head(Raptors, Charlotte(x2), 76ers, Bulls(playoffs '10), Knicks in the playoffs last year. It should include game-tying shots too.

Yep, Kobe and Allen would be in mine also.

Chuck in Melo, Dirk and probably Durant to round out the 5.

I feel im forgetting at least one person though.

I watched this one live, as opposed to the Portland one which I did not. It was really stunning, the lay up was incredibly tough angle and then the jumper you just knew he would hit it.

Yeah, Wade, the Truth, Durant..all good calls really. Wade and Truth both had moments in their careers KD hasnt yet but right now, Durant would have my confidence.

I understand the logic for Allen tbh. I know stats wise Kobe isnt even 2nd I dont think.

The thing is, Allen doesnt have to create his shot like Kobe has to. That makes it easier for him.

Allen coming off screens, transition 3´s and so on is total money. But Kobe has to create shots time and time again out of squat.

Yeah, I know thats on tonight.

Batum..I love that guy. I was going to mention him to you actially loool

Yeah, athletic wing defender with a vastly improving offensive game. I love his game, one of the best swingman defenders in the game for me. Did a great job on Durant last time out.

Saw this live, it's still one of my favorites to this day:

Roy was pretty damn clutch at times. Shame he had to retire so early, dude should go to Germany and see if he can get that Kobe operation.

Roy was a elite player in this leauge IMO.....it's a shame....he was top 10.

Portland with Roy and a healthy Oden would've been championship contenders

Roy was a beast in the clutch, hated him in that game (yet sorted of admired him at the same time for it).

Such a pity about his knee, but I always knee this was a possibilty. It was talked about when he was drafted, he probably would of gone higher if not for the concern in the first place.

I am little afriad of DeJuan Blair and Chris Paul in that sort of way.

Or Portland could have taken Durant instead of Mr. Glass. Imagine a Roy/Durant/Alrdridge 2, 3, 4. Shocked Hindsights 20/20 though I guess

Same thing with Bynum. I knew he had knee problems over his playing career but I did some research and he first had knee surgery at 12 years old, and I believe 4-5 more times before he was 18. Just insane. Hope he can stay healthy and continue to beast like he has. One of the few Lakers I'm actually a fan of.

Would of been killer. But I understood the logic for Oden, centers of his ilk dont come around very often.

If he stays on the court, im convinced he would of been the best defensive center in the league. At least once he figured out how to foul less.

Portland took bad care of him though, as much as he was plauged (one leg shorter then the other) to begin with. How did they let him put on that much muscle when injured..his knee couldnt take the weight it was already at for god sake.
