Would you change Carvalho with Garay ?

Madrid is not going to extend Carvalho's contract, if he leave us, would it be a good idea to replace him with Garay ?

garay wouldnt like to be 4th string CB for madrid.. hes starting for benfica atm and has been awesome from the reports ive heard so, ideally ya but hes no better than varane so what is the point really of buying him back for a ridiculous amount?

we can find a 4th string CB easily, most likely someone old like carvalho trying to bring in some trophies before retirement

Didn't Garay leave because he couldn't start regularly? We already have 4 CB's. If we need to replace Carvalho, we should get someone experienced.

Exactly. He wouldn't even want to come back. Unless he plays more games and I don't think that would happen.

Garay always showed promise at Madrid, namely in the 10/11 preseason I believe it was .... ?

anyways, hes doing decently at Benfica, and could very easily receive a call up for Argentina, I dont think he wants to throw that away

Nah. Pepe can easily become that experienced option, meaning we can maybe promote Nacho as a 4th CB. Or if we buy Martinez/M'Vila, use them in the middle too.
