Sevilla seem to have found another good South American player. Why dont we have a good scouting netwok in SA?Our current scouting network sucks.
The Navas-Cicinho partnership looks brilliant.i shudder to think of the massacre they would cause if they were to face Alba.
You dont remember Cicinho? Ex Madrid who failed terribly for them.
Probably 30 years old now.
As mentioned,different Cicinho dani.
I think the other one was playing recently in Germany. Not sure though.

Re: the Evil choking badly
Indeed, now I see that.
On your point about scouting, I dont think we have bad scouts or even dont scout. We signed that young Argentine for the B team after all.
I think we see players but we just choose differently (wrongly):
Harped on this before but an example of such is Jordi Alba. We could of gone for Alex Sandro, young Brazilian who recently started for the NT and was playing for Santos before now starting at FC Porto. I dont doubt he hasnt been noticed, but we just went in other (ex La Masia) direction.
Its almost as if our thought process is.
Is there a La Masia player in that position in the club? No? How about outside? No? How about Arsenal?
Then we consider the rest or in the case of centerback, just not sign anyone.

We start off the season well but the moment Madrid lose to Getafe someone decides it would be a good idea to gloat and guesz what, we then lose to them. It was the same case last season, where people made fun of Madrid for "choking", but we were the ones who choked in the end.

Let's not count our chickens before they hatch. We're bound to lose a few games as well.
Also agreed with Free. Let's stop bumping this.

Re: the Evil choking badly
We can stop bumping this.
However, reading Mourinho crack like a egg is totally hilarious to me.
"After a difficult week and some conflict with his players, the Betis fans have helped [coach Pepe Mel’s] team win,” Mourinho told reporters after the match.
“I've congratulated the Betis players because they left everything on the pitch and fought with a spirit of sacrifice.
"[The referee] was hugely at fault for a wrongly disallowed Benzema goal and a clear penalty in the closing minutes. But [Betis] deserve my respect because they outplayed Real Madrid."
The former Inter boss was clearly not in a complimentary mood towards his own team, however, adding: "We started well, but only a little bit better than we played for the rest of the game."
The 49-year-old then went on to complain about the calendar and his own players' fitness, despite claiming he does not like to look for excuses in defeat.
"I try to be fair and objective, and when my team lose, I do not seek excuses or blame other things,” he explained.
“Obviously a team that played on Wednesday should not have to play today. Obviously there are other teams that have control of the match calendar, which we don't have, but we are talking about top professionals and you have to take into account mental toughness, ambition and spirit.
"A player of 23 or 24 years should be able to play two games in four days. As always, because I speak out, and I’m the only one who has spoken out, I’ll be the bad guy."
Mourinho continued: "When we win, we all win, but when we lose, the coach loses. Why is it my fault?
"It's possible that we could finish this year 11, 13 or nine points behind Barcelona. The Liga race is still open but we're neither optimistic nor pessimistic. I can't focus on a single competition."
The crying LOL

Mou is a waste of time. The fanboys defend him but I can't seem to understand why? Who says I don't like to complain and then goes on to complain what a waste of air!

Guys, with all due respect, I believe we should lock this.
You don’t see threads titled “Barca sucks right now” in Madrid section, and even if there were at some point I’m all against them for obvious reasons. I’m sure we can focus on more productive conversation
