Kaka vs Robben vs Ozil

Whose the best? Kaka in his prime in '07, Robben in his prime in '10, or Ozil in his prime right now?

I'd say Kaka in his prime. He was simply more influential. However Ozil can get better since he's still young. In terms of Robben I think he's a bit one dimensional.

Dude you obviously dont know what you're talking..

Milan attack would've been absolute ZERO without him.Milan early on in the tournament were struggling for goals with the lacklustre Gilardino as their main CF and an old Inzaghi who wasnt really playing consistently(but had to be reinstated in the X1 due to Gilardino's poor form)..

Just watch Milan against Celtic for example..Milan were piss poor the whole game until one brilliant solo run from Kaka ,and it led to a goal which made them go through.They obviously gained momentum after that victory.

Though i have to say Milan wouldnt have progressed against United without Kaka,especially at Old Trafford ,i think its one of the best individual perfomances i've ever seen and his perfomance at San Siro was equally inspiring..Seedorf was brilliant as well taking nothing away from him,But Kaka stood out in each and every game particularly in the CL where he had to carry a very lacklustre Milan on his back who looked very drab for substantial periods of the game,until one moment of Kaka brilliance would take the game away from the opposition .Incidently he finished CL top scorer that season too.

Lets get stuff straight, he didnt drag anyone to anything. That famous destruction of Man Utd? Do we not remember Gattuso and co. locking Rooney and Cristiano totally out of the game?

Who scored the goals when Milan needed most ? Kaka.

Against Celtic where they were looking absolutely lacklustre and against United at Old Trafford,that is a once in a lifetime perfomance.His return leg perfomance was equally inspiring although Seedorf was pretty awesome in that game too.

How do we even know if this is Ozil's prime ffs

I would take Kaka 2007 over Messi, Ronaldo even Dinho. He was a monster. What he did with milan that season in the CL can only be surpassed by Maradona and Napoli prolly.

Robben and Kaka are past their primes and in their prime Kaka>Robben.

ozil hasnt even hit his prime so its tough to compare a veteran- kaka, finishing his prime- robben, and a youngster- ozil

Wasnt that just Pirlo making Kaka look good and that he(kaka) was nothing special? Atleast thats what cotes has been trying to convince us in the Pirlo vs Xavi thread..

Prime Kaka was something else, he was magic.

Özil will get there, though.

Different players. I remember Kaka was brilliant in cl that season, but much more ordinary in serie A. Kaka has never been a true number ten imo. In his prime he was more like a second striker with blinding pace making runs from midfield. Against a team playing open giving him space to run, he will leave you for dead, but not so effective creating for teammates or breaking down a bunkered provincial team. We saw this for madrid sometimes when mou put him on for ozil,and they couldn't get anything going. Only thing is now he's also lost the pace which made him deadly Prime kaka was def the most decisive player among those, but comparing him to ozil is a bit apples to oranges

Kaka, though I think it's still too early to make such comparisons with Ozil, he still has most of his career in front of him.

How is this even a question? Prime Kaka was the best in the world in 2007. Doesn't even deserve to be compared with Ozil and Robben. They aren't fit to shine his boots as of yet, and Robben never will be. Ozil might reach that level one day.
