He scored shit tonnes of free kicks that year lol.

We will always be left with the disappointment of a glittering career cut short. Many have argued if Ronaldinho could have become the greatest ever. However, one must set aside this disappointment and smile at what he did achieve.

His career is a testament to the fact that it takes more than talent to be the best. Talent is simply not enough.

The thing I remember the most about Ronaldinho was his constant smile on his face, as if in a world with all the pressures these footballers have he somehow managed a way to have fun. And it showed.

Khaled, there's a mistake in the infographic, in the legend of the first graphic. Games is in blue, it should be in red, and viceversa with goals.

Ronaldinho smile is overated. He didn't smile at all the last two seasons.

Oh, yeah, great play. I was at the stadium that day. Anyway, those days it was much more usual to see him with a frustrated face than smiling.

I'm waiting for the day Valdes leaves to see how good another would be at Barca. VV might not be a goat player but I have felt his role has been somewhat underappreciated by many and the notion that another top keeper would waltz in to the team and put in GOAT perfornances is total rubbish.
Indeed, the like of a Buffon or Iker would do better,no doubt, but beyond them I don't see any other keeper who would actually put Valdes in the shade.
Best Valdes moment: That wonderful DOUBLE SAVE at Camp Nou on D.Drogba in the First Leg of the Semi Final 08-09, Had that gone in,it would've been lights out and I daresay none of this success would have happened

+1 Lari. Always said it... In fact I disagree that Buffon and Casillas would do better... I'm not sure. Valdes is so very good with his feet as well, people underestimate how important this is, when Pinto plays its so obvious. People conclude Pinto is rubbish, but he's like most keepers with his feet actually... its just Valdes is arguably the best ever with them.

On Ronnie. I still think in his second last season he showed he was still the same player. Its just he lost his consistency and he got frustrated more. He was on the way down definitely, but he was still killing it half the time. Whereas in his last season he was ordinary.

I love Buffon, but no way could he play for us. He is pretty bad with his feet (the only aspect of his game which has any flaw) and that would cripple us.

Iker isnt much better either.

For the record, Buffon is the best goalie I ever personally seen, but it just goes to show how much a player fits trumps ability. Even in the goalie position.
