The more obvious problem with these lists is that it equates goals + assists as "effectiveness". So Walcott is the second most "effective" player in the world this season? Villa #6? Tello in the top 20? Laughing

Pirlo nowhere to be seen, so he is rather "uneffective"? That doesn't match with my understanding of "effectiveness". Just call it what it is. A goal and assist table.
