He's referring to the "Xavi is finished" comment.

I made this same post in the General a little over a year ago and there is some ok discussions on there as well. It'd be cool if they could be merged. Although my XI was a little outdated for over a year ago. The Spain team was stronger but now with the additions of Tello, Alba, Cesc as a 9, etc., they'd have a better chance.

If Xavi wasn't in the Catalan lineup, would it be easier to say Spain would win?

List for the next Catalonia vs. Nigeria match:

Joan Verdú, Joan Capdevila, Sergio García, Kiko Casilla, Raúl Rodríguez, Víctor Sánchez, Sergio Tejera (RCD Espanyol)

Víctor Valdés, Xavi Hernández, Carles Puyol, Gerard Piqué, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, Martín Montoya, Sergi Roberto, Cristian Tello, Marc Bartra (FC Barcelona)

Bojan Krkic (AC Milan)
Álvaro Vázquez (Getafe)
Jordi Amat, 'Piti' (Rayo Vallecano)
Jonathan Soriano (Red Bull Salzburg).

Surprising inclusions of Piti and Sergio Tejera, both of them I didn't know who were catalan. Javi Marquez if he can ever regain his form and avoid injuries would be a possible called player.
