Surprised to see how central he was all game. I didn't notice during the game itself, and especially with Hendo playing so well in midfield I just assumed Cou was a part of the front 3. The rotation and movement between the two of them was excellent

I hope this season wasn't a honeymoon period for couthino, if he develops and becomes a great player, i could see him being more important than suarez is now.

Feel we're going to rely way too much on next season.
People expecting way too much of him seeing him as the focal point to us in the final third. Risky, that. Especially if Luisito leaves us.
Hoping he goes back on the left and develops at his own pace. No need putting him in the centre and being shut down / kicked to death every game. He's just as creative on the left than he is the centre. He just see's the ball more in the centre but I feel that'll change next season when he's closed down more often.

Now how many of you would argue with me if i say that this year our No.10 is going to be our most important player?
This guy is pure magic!!!
Almost every game there is one or more pass or touch or move or goal that just makes us go. . .

Re: Philippe 'Il Principe Salvatore' Coutinho Carreira #10
ever one it seem to think it best to put Coutinho in a centre attacking midfielder position, i know what he give in centre position but know one in are squad yet,
he can play as out & out winger or dut in to play as playmaker, we have not had real good wide play who play's like since McManaman
and last time we 2 very good wide midfielder's was over 13 yeas or so ago was with McManaman & Berger

That's not true. Luis has carried us for a good 2 years now. Both as a creator and a finisher. Luis Suarez has basically replaced a prime Steven Gerrard in the SS role.
Coutinho is a massive talent. But he has A LOT to prove. He's only been here for 6 months. Luckily for him, he has just came in a brighter future to the club in recent years.
Also, if we fail to get CL next season or the year after, Coutinho will be a victim of the next "Suarez."

that not ture about Suárez carried us, when sign for us in jan he had a ban & could not play, then rest of Season he look very poor as a Striker, 2011-2012 season he goal score was yet agian very poor, it was about 8 games or so in 2012-2013 season that Striker step up as a Striker
if you look goal at score striker Suárez is not that prolific
Sturridge 1st 10 goals in first 13 Premier League games is a Liverpool history
Fernando Torres becomes fastest Liverpool player to reach 50 League goals
even Patrik Berger became the 1st player to score most goals as foreign for Liverpool
i think if Suárez in the end had a good 2012-2013 season, i think people would care if we lost Suárez
sorry foe poor spell
