Iker, Ramos, Alonso, CR7 and Kaka carry a much bigger reputation than Mou ever could... Better yet, these guys mostly backed each other up in the face of Mou's stupidity. Mou couldn't bully people at Madrid and this is the result.

The great thing is that Mou's rep has taken a huge hit and rightly so. If he doesn't do well at Chelsea immediately, he'll become yesterday's news lol.

Oh man seriously? if mourinho retired today he would still be remembered easily as one of the best coaches ever..you don't win 2 CL's by mistake or win the league in 4 different countries by having "reputation"

You're saying that Madrid can't win anything without Mou and some other nonsense... well here's the thing: In the last 26 years, we've won 11 La Liga, 3 CDRs and 3 CLs. Before Mou, Pelle had more league points than Mou had in 2 of his 3 years in his only year. Schuster won La Liga 2 years before Mou arrived in 2008. What's more, we played beautiful footy and not this shat brand we are playing since Mou "the semi special one" took over.

So really, what has Mou achieved? Nothing non-typical in terms of footy for Madrid. Very average. The thing is that he was such a prick that nobody could stand him in the country and club + our style was ugly.

Most everyone couldn't wait for this douchebag to be gone.

what people consistently dont understand about spanish culture and RM in particular is that the locker room is a living part pf the team. Players arent just pawns at the coach disposal. People like Casillas are living embodiment of madridismo, they mean something greater than your average captain within the club culture. So their opinion and thought matter. Mourinho refused to dialogue with the players and tried to force them into hating barca players, kicking them, playing ugly counter etc... i will never blame Casillas for defending the values of our club in front of mourinho. He really was a scourge in the way he acted and behaved as RM ambassador.
