Farrell is a top actor. I actually really liked his character arc in this and his interactions with Vince Vaughn, it was most of the other stuff I didn't care for

Plot was confusing, but I love all characters. Taylor Kitsch was great and also liked McAdams.

Taylor Kitsch needs to be in more stuff. Riggins is a top 10 character in television history.

Wouldn't say he is top 10 in television history, that's just stupid Laughing He was a brillaintly depicted character though, with a unique backstory.

Riggins wasn't even in True Detective hmm

Friday Night Lights is probably my all time favourite show. At the very least top 5. Riggins and Coach Taylor were so amazing in that show. They'll forever hold a place in my heart. Kitsch nailed that role to perfection

Wait. A season 3 is coming? rofl I couldnt even pull myself to finish the 2nd season. What a nosedive it was from a GOAT level to utter pub.
Ok. I have seen in the past Orange is the New Black undergoing a slump and then recovering briliantly in the 4th season. Hopefully TD will follow the same route. They need to first of all stop overcomplicating things. Anyway, will keep tabs.

I knew who he was talking about. Doesn't change the fact that Riggins ain't even top 50 greatest tv characters ever.

Freeza just underestimating the goat list.

He's over everyone on your list bar Michael Scott for me personally.

It's my personal list though hmm

Would mainly be Various Idris Elba, The Office and Athens Wire characters on mine. Will make a top 10 in the TV thread

Even if it is your personal greatest list I can't see in any world Riggins being better than Constanza or Kramer unless you haven't seen Seinfeld.

Or better than Walter *bleep* White the *bleep* Heisenberg with probably the greatest piece of acting of all time in hollywood history.

Or Al cocksucking Swearengen. I'm assuming you haven't seen Deadwood.

Or anybody else in my top 10.

Cmon Freeza. Maybe you are talking about just simply your favorites list than obviously you can choose who you want. But not your greatest of all time list.

The guy without Omar, Stringer Bell, JImmy McNulty, Tony Soprano, Silvio, Dexter, Basil Fawlty says what?

I have seen Seinfeld. Not Deadwood though. I wouldn't put Kramer or Costanza in my top 10.

There needs to be a separate list for comedy and drama. How do you compare Kramer, George, Barney etc to Heisenberg, Boyd, Soprano lol.

This.

The only people who can put characters from both comedy and drama in the same list are people like me who would otherwise find it hard to fill the list in the first place. lol. For others who watch plenty of television like you guys out here, the correct thing to do is to make 2 separate lists.

Anyway my top 10 are
1. Walter White
2. Lorne Malvo
3. Rust Cohle
4. Lester Nygaard
5. Tyrion Lannister
6. George Costanza
7. Jesse Pinkman
8. Gus Fring
9. Joe Caputo
10. Cosmo Kramer

I . can't. wait.

Just I finished to look the 2nd series, my mood was bittersweet .. but But as time goes by it, I appreciated it more or more. It offered also very brillant scenes, for example loved the final of the 6th episode also because of the great soundtrack - great quality on both series (pizzolato clearly likes neopsydelick rock /the black angels Proud )

Surely I expected a story less chaotic that was the first problem on TD2.

Need a few other legit actors but that's a great start. Feel like they've had enough time now to have something decent in the works.

I plan to go back and watch S1 sometime this year.

Jeremy Saulnier is gonna direct with Nic Pizzolatto.

What a choice ffs. I think he's one of the most interesting directors out there and Green Room is one of my five favourite movies from year.

What a choice. Going to be violent and real gritty
