The more Lopez plays good or great, the more "excuses" Carlo has in not starting Don Iker.

So Lopez doing his best impressions of "Remember the Titans".

Julian Draxler asked for a couple new Schalke signings, and GK is definitely one of the positions that could use strengthening. Iker Casillas could walk in the steps of Raúl...

Iker getting Carlo fired after week 2 of La Liga is more likely than him going to Schalke or Germany in general I'm afraid.

Don't really see why Iker's benching is newsworthy or why Carlo's (or Mourinho's for that matter) decision should be discussed so much. Iker had an awful season, got injured and lost his starting place. Iker is also infamous for a poor work ethic. If Carlo judges Diego Lopez to be in better form or to work harder in training he has every right to start him.

Not saying it shouldn't be discussed but I think it is being discussed too much.

Preaching to the choir. Sadly the press in Spain see things differently, they asked questions about Iker before Raul's testimonial rofl

Casillas should consider leaving if he isn't going to start.

So Mourinho is the devil for benching Casillas but Carlo is a genius?

Well people say,Carlo is benching him on merit..whereas Mou benched him just to make a point.

And when Mou goes on to say Adan > Iker, its kind of hard to believe there wasnt more to that than simply performance.

Casillas would be treated like a legend anywhere he goes.

Real Madrid. What a shameful club.

Shameful? At least none of our coaches have tried to disguise that coming in 4th is like winning a trophy.

Unless you know the situation, it's really best not comment.
