Re: Stephan El Shaarawy!
I was impressed by El Shaarawy in a game when he came as a sub for Genoa, I guess it was in the 2009/2010 season.
I was really impressed by his movement on the ball. His pace, and determination, and he was only 18 or so.
Form that game I always knew that guy will make a name for himself. Great to hear he is now fulfilling his potential.
P.S. Mustachio, do you know if he has been better than Pasquato in Serie B this season.

Re: Stephan El Shaarawy!
Yeah, too bad Italian clubs love their dinosaurs. They really need to change that policy and start using all that great, hidden youth you guys have.
If he isn't guaranteed a starting spot, he should be loaned out for a club that will guarantee him one, next season. At 18 you can see plenty of players starting, in other leagues.

I would say even maybe, they are different types of players though.
What I will say is El Sharawaay is still just 18 and Pasquato 22. If he shines against Novara he will shade it I think.

Re: Stephan El Shaarawy!
Yeah your right, but I was just asking because clearly Pasquato has earned some fame. A lot of clubs in Serie A want him.

Re: Stephan El Shaarawy!
I remember that El-Shaarawy rejected a chance to play with the U21 Egyptian team
I don't think he want to play for Egypt :S

I can't wait what he brings to the future. Only 18 years old. Diego Fabbrini is still the man to look out for.

Sorry I wrote all that in a hurry, while on the train with low battery actually

He is not co-owned, just a simple Loan.
Inter-Genoa are best buddies, so it's a real possibility. Sadly

I woundn't mind if he goes to Inter, look how Balotelli turned out for example.
Or going to Genoa, surely he will have lots of playing time.
We will see.

Re: Stephan El Shaarawy!
We would co-owned him first and then he'll stay at Genoa and play there.

That's I think the best option, let him gain more experience, then join the big guns. Hopefully he turns out great !

He was born in Italy as an Italian citizen. It would have been a loss for Italy and a gain for Egypt had gone to play for Egypt.
