F*ck Webb. The second foul was even more of a pen then the one he gave us.

Sturridge missed too many f*ckin chances. Also f*ck these cup draws. Get frickin United at Old Trafford and Arsenal at Emirates. C*nts wouldn't give us a home game against a top side if their lives depended on it.

Would prefered getting thrashed then losing like this and being by far the better side with better chances, and getting f*cked over by the ref.

Hard to believe we scored only a penalty after creating so many chances, especially in the 2nd half. We were the better team, just couldn't finish today, it really wasn't Sturridge's game and Suarez either missed narrowly or shot straight at Fabianski.

Frustrating to go out after a good performance like that, but that's football for you...

Like Alert said, Webb bottled it, first with Oxlade's barge on Suarez and then failing to give Gerrard a second yellow. Also a few other bad calls from him.

Anyway, a deflated feeling, but if we can play like that on the road in the league for the rest of the season, things should be good in the end.

By the way, I know our bench is what it is, but I was still a bit disappointed that the only substitution we made was bringing on Henderson. Could have taken at least Allen off for Texeira or Aspas.

I  thought we looked very tired as well midfield in particular. the effects of 3 games in 8 days with same XI showings its perhaps. Still created enough chances to win the game .

Can't complain about refree decisions Webb was rubbish for both teams .

Maybe its a boon that we are out of FA cup.We clearly don't have the squad to to play back to back matches. Now can fully focus on getting 3rd place in the league and maybe even more drunken

YEah wish Rodgers took off Allen for Tex. Whoever plays in that Hendo/Coutinho role needs to get involved a lot more in attack. Disappointed in that regard with Allen.

Play like this for rest of the away games in league, and we'll win them all.

I'll make an inspiring road to the title thread later tonight

So, that means what today's scoreline is. 2-1 to Arsenal. Through to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, in the CL and sitting above you in 2nd place in the PL while y'all are in 4th.
The here and now.

We'll finish above you in the league, and you won't win a trophy this season.

Feel free to quote me on that.

Liverpool have won 2 of their past 20 games refereed by Howard Webb.

The past 5 games that Howard Webb has refereed he has failed to award Liverpool 4 out of a possible 5 clear penalties.

Howard Webb has made a controversial decision against Liverpool 5 times from the past 5 games.

Arsenal fans are funny.

Too bad they fold faster than Superman on laundry day in the second half of the season.

We'll overtake them in the league soon enough.

They lack bottle/mentality. It'll catch up to them soon.

Was getting in the right positions, was making the right runs, just lost composure/wasn't himself when it came to the final shot. Maybe the record got into his head.

Does the Cup cards carry into League games!!! I think not.

Don't give a damn about the result. Should have gone with the likes of Aspas, Moses, Kelly, Teixeira etc. and let some key players get some rest.

Yeah it hurts, yeah a Cup looks cool. But T4 is what matters most.
