The Road to Premier League Title
I heard some are saying, wow, we are sad we are out of the cup. No chance of silverware, or cup finals this year. Are you for real? I don't think you are. We are facing 12 CUP FINALS until May 11th. and luckily, not even one of them is at Wembley. Our first cup final is next weekend at Anfield vs. Swansea.
Today, I saw an utter scum bag of a human being whose life is worth less than orangutans in south of Nepal rub us of a chance of silverware in FA Cup. Disappointing? HELL YES. If you don't think it was, just see the state of DS15 in the end of the game, or Luis' frustrations....but it happens. We WILL bounce back, and we will win every mofo game now, which would translate to the title.
POSITIVE ENERGY ONLY.
Here are our remaining Cup finals until season end:
Liverpool vs. Swansea
Southampton vs. Liverpool
Liverpool vs. Sunderland
Man Utd vs. Liverpool
West Ham vs. Liverpool
Liverpool vs. Spurs
Cardiff vs. Liverpool
Liverpool vs. City
Norwich vs. Liverpool
Liverpool vs. Chelsea
Palace vs. Liverpool
Liverpool vs. Newcastle
LOOK AT THAT MAN. Every single game is winnable if we play to our level like today, because I tell you what. Suarez is due a storm in goals, and Sturridge usually has one bad game in 20 games (which was today). GOALS pouring in, Defenders and lucas returning. no more scrubs in the bench...Every point we get close to title, Gerrard will be telling them to put in 200%.
Every single game up there is winnable and I can't see us not destroying all those poor bastards who have to face this amazing wounded animal until season end.
We'll sit back and laugh at our rivals getting their asshole lubed by Barca/Bayern, or have to travel to East Ukraine or Turkey, and drop silly points ....while we rest, cruise, prepare tactically and rip every single of those 12 teams a new asshole in the league.
League title is ours...We'll win this. If you don't think we will, GTFO this thread.
I'm on mac now, so can't right click and post some inspiring photos of our super stars who will lead us to glory, but feel free to post inspirational photos.
IT'S ON. LIKE KING KONG !!!

If someone gave me a choice between the league title and infinite amount of nights with Michelle Jenneke, I would make the greatest sacrifice of mankind and choose the league.

Re: The Road to Premier League Title
The list of things I promised to forego or do in exchange for the Red Sox title this year is pretty lengthy (and shocking), and that was with two other titles in the last ten years.
Can't even imagine what would be added to that list in exchange for a PL crown...

Re: The Road to Premier League Title
That's it boys, i'm making a exec decision, we have 12 games left for our whole season and each and every game thread MUST be created by sepi well in advanced to ensure we win every game. No half attempts sepi, a classic sepi OP is required to ensure we win this tittle.
Let the optimism flow through all of us from now on.

Nah Sepi's record ain't the greatest. Although he's really on form against the top sides so I guess he should do those.

Re: The Road to Premier League Title
I have full faith in this team to claim tops in the league. The Premiership is our focus now, and sole focus really, until next season. I'm very confident that this team has the class, and drive to make it there.

Also I love Michelle Jenneke.

Re: The Road to Premier League Title
I am not surprised that RA didnt post in this thread
I dont care about being realistic and all, if this is our chance, we have to take it. I am not sure how the dynamics will change in the next season. So probably this will be out best chance to do it, i will not be so disappointed to if we dont win it actually but if we fight for it and show the grit, it will be an awesome feeling if we are able to finish anything above top 4.

Looking at that fixture list, it doesnt seem so difficult it isnt it, if we consider the 7 games which we should win on the paper, it will contribute to 21 points which will take us to 74 (we have already won at Fulham from the above list) from the remaining 5 games we must win at least 3 and should be able to manage take points from our rivals for the title, so three wins and 2 draws will takes us to 85 pts. This all is considering that we wil have a close competition this season compared to last few. If we look at the points in last few seasons for title winning team, they are 89 pts,89,80,80,86,90.
So it will be tough and we have to always recalculate by every going game where we stand in comparison the other contenders.

Re: The Road to Premier League Title
Let's get into a marauding run and end up 89 points.
Mou will be piping like Liverpool is the best club and so on and Madrid will have their double swoop for Suarez and Rodgers turned down.

Re: The Road to Premier League Title
Soton, United away and Chelsea home are the most important ones out of those 12. If manage to win against these three, the title SHOULD be ours. Rest are easy. We're the 'moral' title winners for me even if we don't win the title.

Re: The Road to Premier League Title
If we lose the the title by 1-2 points. Kolo's terrible mistake that cost us 2 points against WBA will hurt so much more.
I hope we either win the whole thing or if we lose it then it's by a pretty good amount of points.
It's not the despair, despair I can cope with. It's the hope that'll kill me.

Also to note, our home class vs. Man City will be postponed if they beat Wigan in FA Cup Semi...so we may have to end up playing BOTH City n Chelsea at Anfield, in 4 days
