I'm not going to project either way, but he seems to have the athleticism and talent to become a great player. Whether or not he gets there is another thing. He's been very good in each of the viewings I've had so I wouldn't be upset if Liverpool bought him.

3/10 from Gil. Usually, when he really wants to hype a player, he gives us (me) a proper youtube link to highlight his skills, better adjectives to describe the player and possibly a negative shout out to Mole since he always discredits Gil (not always).

my main man gil knows where those talents are at.Really impressed by him, He is extremely fast for a player of that posture. Good ball skills and know how to make runs behind the defence, not bad link up play. If we are selling Morata then Origi will be an ideal replacement.

The hype is off of more than the just one game. He's been balling in each appearance this WC.

I want him at Arsenal just because I want to hear the announcer say his name every time he's on the ball.

true. I apologize, the hype is off of one game and two sub appearances.

Actually reminds me of Zaha. Very similar style. Except one is a winger the other a forward.

The only similarities he has with welbeck is his skin colour.

He's already scored more WC goals at age of 19 than Welbeck will ever score.

He plays nothing like Welbeck or Zaha. His upfront running style and ball skills are more reminiscent of Nicolas Anelka. His decision making is also superior than the former two and he's significantly quicer & more physically gifted than both.

His only weakness is his finishing. That could be due to him never being used as a pure #9 until recently but neither were RVP, Ronaldo or Henry. It could improve with maturity.

Well, you guys would know better than me so i cant argue. But as far as watching a young talent for so little and evaluating his potential he looks class. His decision making and first touch is outstanding, and even scarier when you think he can turn and run past you. And he is doing it in world cup...

I wish Hazard was playing with the same level of confidence.

No shite is Di Maria, Ronaldo, Modric etc. His general play is fantastic as usual and he's creating lots of chances for his teammates.

Hazard was really poor. De Bruyne kept Belgium going, and Origi indeed had some stunning moves.

Hazard ghosted... i dont know whats his problem is.. he was fantastic at the beginning with some amazing passes then disappeared and as usual Mertens became their best/most important player.
