Marca has been top class this whole summer.. Barely getting anything wrong and breaking a few transfer stories.

MARCA has been better lately... But their Madrid bias is still ridiculous.

And, just by the way, They were pushing the story that RM were looking to buy Suarez.
After the bite, we changed our minds apparently (given our commercial concerns, I can believe that ). Now they've been adamant for a while that we're getting Falcao - really doubt that one.

ABC and El Confidencial have been reporting it as well, who are fairly reliable imo. Despite us not needing Falcao, I wouldn't be surprised if we got him just like Rodriguez.

If PSG are really offering 75+ we should take it. As much as I love DiMaria, Real Madrid is not an individual cut the head of the snake and another one will grow in its place. 75 ME is excellent business for us and the least we deserve to get from his brilliant services he has given us over the years and with him having won every major title for us it's probably time for him to earn his last big paycheck he deserves

But, PSG won't afford him unless they sell Cavani+Lavezzi/Pastore because Cavani is never going to go for more than 50 ME max and that's if a desperate team comes in for him. They could obviously try and loan him but I would only do it if they paid his wages plus 10 ME this season and then a compulsory buy out clause on no less than 70+ ME next summer

It's actually still unclear whether psg need to sell to raise money or to decrease their wage bill. I was listening to a journalist on french radio the other day saying that the restriction on how much PSG can spend wasnt effectively put in action by Uefa, but they have a restriction on wages.

If that was the case they wouldn't have loaned Aurier. Instead they would have trumped up the tiny amount needed to buy him but alas they had to loan him. The most concrete reports say that they have both a wage cap and transfer

i read the official transcript for uefa and it says that they have to reduce their transfer budget, but it doesnt say by how much. that's why i think any deal to sign di maria might in fact be a loan so that it counts on next year's budget

According to a friend of mine, PSG are delaying because they are talking to UEFA. In light of Man U signing a 100 mil per season endorsement deal, UEFA's decision to take a 75% haircut on PSG's 100 mil per season endorsement deal goes out the window... only reason PSG failed FFP was because of this haircut.

There's a chance PSG just go ahead and buy Di Maria and then take UEFA to court if UEFA does anything...

Forbes most valuable sports franchises has United at 1 and Psg at 15 that is why United can sign bigger deals then Psg because they have a larger brand value so the larger numbers make sense, plus the fact Psg deal is pretty much collusion to negate FFP as it was with a deal with a Qatari bank, where are Psg owner from again? Oh right Qatar.... Psg are nowhere near the level of brand power that United Madrid and Barca are....mind that gap and quit your desperate attempts to legitimize Psg and all there corruption

I bet Madrid signed that Adidas deal without competition, as usually these sponsors have a grace period where they are allowed to negotiate without competition, Nike's ran out so Adidas came in and a bidding war began simple as that.

I too am a PSG fan and I have it on good authority that we're suing UEFA for £500,000,000 because we're PSG and that's how we roll.
