Scoreline Predictions 2014/15

Post by Art Morte on Wed Aug 13, 2014 8:01 pm

Table:

Heil Mein Reds...............93 ()
Hank...........................82 (1)
Mr69............................78 (4)
Iftikhar........................67 (8 )
Art Morte.....................65 (1)
Not James....................38
StevieG8......................9
Hoxtygen.....................6
Fahim89.......................6
Sepi Portman................4
Yohan Modric................3
Buster..........................1

Wizard of the Month:

The August Alchemist - Heil Mein Reds
The September Sailor - Art Morte
The October Occultists - Heil Mein Reds & Iftikhar
The November Nudist - Mr-r34
The December Deceiver - Heil Mein Reds
The January Jazz Pianist - Heil Mein Reds
The February Feminist - Mr-r34
The March Male Model - Hank
The April Angel Rangel - Hank
The May Moonshiner - Iftikhar

Predict scorelines & goalscorers for every competitive LFC game in the 14/15 season. Everyone's predictions are welcome!

Points:
- Correct scoreline = 5p
- Name 1 goalscorer = 3p
OR
- Name 2 goalscorers = 1p / correct scorer
- Correct result (win / draw / loss) = 1p (not awarded when correct scoreline)

If you name more than 2 goalscorers, the first two mentioned will be considered as your prediction.
If you predict 0 - 0 and it happens, you will get 3 pts for "correct goalscorer" plus 5 pts for correct scoreline (so the maximum 8 pts).

Monthly glory for the highest-scoring poster of each month!

Heil bribed the committee I can confirm.

My sources in Beligum tell me he spent a week dinning with one of the committee members.

Baby Carroll's head is out of my ass already, half of his hair still inside, though.

Now that you ask.

Ah, at last.

First (though HMR has already done it), I would really like to thank Arty my man Morte. For three (or is it four!) seasons, he has been doing it single-handedly. And it's a bit energy-sapping 'n time consuming task too. It's his efforts that finally brought me here Smile.

Secondly, I would request ALL of you (specially RO) to participate. Please don't drop-off just because you aren't doing well or have missed few rounds. We aren't here to win anything (OK, except HMR 'n R34) but to have some fun and banter.

Finally...

I'm sure I had another point in mind which I have totally forgotten.

Honestly Art you a bloody legend mate, I don't know how we can thank you for all the effort you put in during the season to keep us entertained in this thread.

This season should be better, i think it'll be more unpredictable than ever.

We've been gifted with having Suarez always being our chosen goalscorer for the past few years, that will change now, anybody can win, get in boys.
