Anyone ever have the problem where the PS4 beeps and randomly ejects the disc in the middle of a game?

Happening to me all the time recently and it's really pissing me off

Looked at a few solutions but doesn't seem to be anything permanent. Might have to buy the new model that comes out.

Happend to me 2 or 3 times since I bought my ps4 in 2014.

Unplug the PS4, vacuum the rubber below the power button and turn it back on.

Always works and haven't had problems for over a year.

yeah it's very common, considering I've played a lot of PS4 over the last few years I'm surprised I've never had more than 1 issue, think it's only crashed/freezed up once.

I went and pulled the rubber below the power button out and propped my console up on some cardboard. Seemed to do the job.

It's the only issue I've had with my PS4 and it's only come up in the last few weeks.

It's beacuse the rubber is touching the button to eject the disc. Poorly testing from Sony.

Nah you replace it with the 500gb one using screwdrivers and shit.

Only thing you'll need to back up on a USB or some shit are saved clips and pics, the actual game save files get saved in the cloud.

Storage on consoles are laughable, phones nowadays going upwards of 256 gigs, its about damn time they go with at least 2TB storage, i mean FIFA alone is like 40 gigs ffs

Not forking out loads of cash to upgrade it though.

I'm sure you can find others to make space imo, especially Witcher 3 as re-installing that if you ever play it again would be a hassle.

I never delete some games even if i played them multiple times, they're basically archived for life or until my HDD dies.

Mass Effect trilogy and all related DLCs - 30GB
Witcher 3, DLCs and updates - 42GB
GTA V - 50GB
Life is Strange - 10GB
