@Farfan yes let's call dribbling from below the halfway line just lucky . Lucky is if a GK makes a blunder to let an easy shot in, not getting past 3 players.
dribbling from below halfway ? he ran pretty much unopposed until the two arsenal defenders closed in on him . then lady luck struck and he managed to get the ball and himself ahead of both of them by literally stumbling into the box
you can clearly see it in the replay

Love Wenger, but games like this really make me question his status as an elite level tactician. Arsenal were setup to not show up and that's exactly what they did.
What I'm saying here is that Wenger, as a tactician capable of much better than what was displayed today, put out a very tactically timid team against a side who echoed their coach's assuredness. To be quite frank, that Arsenal side looked absolutely rattled all game and were never in it from minute 1. For me, that's down to an unsettled mentality and a lack of concrete tactics. Both are Wenger's responsibility and it's truly astounding that he fails at it so often considering his pedigree. That's what I'm getting at here. This isn't about what Pep or Mou would do.

Re: Champions League 2014/15 | Group D
Starting to realize that Immobile is the closest thing to Fernando Torres, today.
Excellent use of both-feet, the occassional through ball to split the back line, links-up fantastically, can sometimes disappear but when within the game his presence is large, pace, excellent finishing, strength and an overall IQ to which is high for standards of a CF today.
Of course the Arsenal goal was not lucky as seeing it from a front angle proves it. This goal being possibly the key to unlocking a series of goals coming from Ciro, as the pressure was mounting on him despite his solid general performances.

Ciro Immobile shows again that Kloppo knows what he wants when he asks the board to sign up players.

It's not really that much of a surprise when a striker who cost 20m and scored more than 20 league goals in Italy is actualy useful..?

it's ok if you guys just don't wanna see it .
he CLEARLY trips and stumbles with the ball which took the arsenal defenders off guard and put him one on one vs cheezney .
great performance overall , but luck played a part in that goal .

you can see the ball accidentally bouncing off his left foot when he was clearly trying to cut inside to the left with his right .
....... but what if it wasn't accidental ?

He tripped but still recovered with a great finish, which is why the goal is good and not great. But scoring a solo goal in the CL against Arsenal is still proving his haters wrong .farfan wrote:it's ok if you guys just don't wanna see it .

Don't think you realize the 3 man is the best possible choice for Gala considering they do not have the fullbacks or the characteristics to play a 4 man, a line which cost them repeatedly in the CL for the last 2 years and in the league.
This game has no bearings on Prandelli especially given the mammoth gap between the squad of Arsenal and Galatasaray. Not beating Gala in a convincing manner would have been embarrassing for Arsenal.

LOL, Arsenal without Wilshere starting the last two games- 7-1. I know. It's a coincidence, right?
They should have been throttling teams like this all year long for gods sake.

Arsenal played absolutely fantastic... even with man down... they were totally in the game!!! in fact they were the ones who looked like scoring!
why cant they play like this!!! they have a great balance. i guess ramsey or wilshere should play alongside flamini in center with sanchez, chamberlain in the wings and ozil as AM. they found a near perfect balance in that game. everything was clicking so well. defensively also they were very good as unit...
