Re: Klopp sack watch - Liverpool Edition
Yeah. BVB had 30 shots on goal and only scored 3. They really need to get their target water ^^

BTW side note: Do you guys also notice how f*cking lucky Dortmund is getting with the other recent matches not involving them? Leverkusen and Schalke not doing all that well, Augsburg stopped their winning streak - everyone in direct contention with Dortmund is having a few shitty matches. It's almost like the universe is conspiring to carve Dortmund a path to European football. It's eerie.

Tbf when they were winning German league titles etc they were doing that a lot lol. So if anything it's a positive sign.
Not sure I have ever seen an efficient Dortmund team on a regular basis.

Whatever form they bring, we're not going to give them any space to exploit in behind us whatsoever, so it's redundant really

Exactly. Difference was though, they didn't concede at every opportunity in earlier years, which they did a lot this season and then naturally started to become self conscious and panicky about their wastefulness, which made it worse.
While I'm more than happy that they overcame the worst for now (BVB in danger of relegation and Klopp having to leave would have just been awful), the jury is still out whether they've turned a real corner there too.
Because Schalke is no test for that, this utter disgrace of a team with their even more disgraceful manager do not attack at all, in any shape or form, not even in their most important derby.

Just found out that Dortmund can't mathematically finish in the top 4 anymore.
What's next for Klopp?

Re: Klopp sack watch - Liverpool Edition
Their Europa League chances have not decreased though, with Frankfurt and Hoffenheim having lost too and Bremen drawing.
Either they win the Cup, or if one of Bayern or Wolfsburg win it they can qualify for Europa League by finishing 7th.
CL quali was never realistic anyway, they spend the winter break as last in the table ffs.
I think Klopp should take a break, and take over Liverpool in 2016 when Rodgers is finished.
Would be a match made in heaven.

Actually Hans isn't wrong in terms of Rodgers.
Either Rodgers gets sacked in 2016 or it means he's actually improved us to CL places and we're ready to challenge. There would be no more giving him chances if the next season is another sidestep or transition season.
Don't know about Klopp wanting to come home though.

Klopps honeymoon is over with Dortmund and it is time to get divorced. I think in summer, there will be clubs who will most likely without a manager so it will be suitable for him to change

Didn't know you were supposed to get divorced once the honeymoon is over, though

It's over, he's gone.
Well to be fair he's not really but asked Dortmund for release from his contract.

Re: Klopp sack watch - Liverpool Edition
so says BILD.
Makes sense to me, he looks over it and it's time to move on.
He deserves a break, in which he can wait for either Rodgers or van Gaal to be fired.
Still think Liverpool would be the ideal spot for him to work next.
Possibly no coincidence Tuchel didn't take over Hamburg after all.
