As a reminder, UEFA changed a few rules to allow clubs to register players for Champions league, even if they had already played the CL with another club the same season.
So for example, if Inter is knocked out of their group and Madrid goes through, then Madrid can sign Icardi and register him for the CL during the winter break. So he would have played the group stage with Inter and then the knockouts with Madrid.
It seems like people are not aware of this rule change. FYI.

I guess it's not valid if the previous club is still part of CL ?
And could a player from Man Utd (reversed in EL but played in CL) play for his new club whose been in Europa all season ?

Sky Italia reports that Lucas Paqueta’s move to Milan is done for €35m plus bonuses, and he’ll arrive in January.
Reports in Brazil suggested this morning that Flamengo had accepted an offer from the Rossoneri, with a medical scheduled for this week.
Now Sky is also reporting a done deal, with Milan agreeing to pay €35m plus bonuses to sign the 21-year-old, who has been capped twice by Brazil.
He will move to San Siro in January, with the Diavolo beating off competition from Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain.

Getting super excited, i really like Brazilian talents, Pato had a special place in my heart even if his career didn't pan out as i'd hoped. Apparently this guy is a mix between Rivaldo and Kaka, plays AM and is left footed, most of the vids he's in he plays RW, so not sure how we're going to line up. 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1, either way, he's exactly the profile we've been missing, a fast pacy attaxcker that can outdribble people easily and create chances.

Bailly and Darmian are solid players, would be great in Serie A. Napoli wanted Darmian this summer.
