Always also thought Zac Efron is a decent actor (looking past the High School Musical stuff).
Lowkey loved Charlie St. Cloud

Yeah Zac Efron gets unnecessary hate for his good looks imo. I'm a fan, guy's a total package. Would let him *bleep* my sister.

Hard to say really. I enjoyed the first two acts of this better. But liked AoU final much more. If you ever watch it, it's hard not to notice how the end is from a different film.

The rights revert to Marvel if a movie isn't made every so many years.  Expect sequels or reboots to occur every 5 to 8 years from now until Fox finally decides to cut their losses.
Does this apply to other marvel franchise Fox owns?

Would be goat if Marvel got F4 back. Need a proper Silver Surfer & Galactus :banderas:

Basically every property Marvel sold the rights to when they were facing possible bankruptcy has that type of clause in it.  The contracts/deals themselves center around specific properties and incorporate secondary, tertiary, etc properties that link to the "tentpoles."  So Spider-man comes with the Sinister Six, Venom, and the like; X-Men come with the Brotherhood of Mutants, Sentinels, Wanda & Pietro (as mutants and Magneto's children); Fantastic Four incorporate Galactus & Silver Surfer, Anihilus & The Negative Zone, probably Namorand the Skrulls, and so on.

If one of the tent-pole properties from the contract returns to Marvel, then the attached characters and settings and such also return unless a special deal is negotiated (like Spider-man).

That's a very much simplified explanation that generalizes things to make them easier to type out and read.  You can find much more in-depth and accurate explanations online if you wish.

I read that Namor went back to marvel along with daredevil. But it doesn't make sense since he is considered to be a mutant. So he could still be part of Fox or not?

Nice

Would definitely love to see Namor make an appearance at some point.

Ghost rider reboot would be nice too. But better off as a tv series on netflix.

Man F4 was really needed at Marvel. Needed that Silver Surfer and Galactus a lot Sad

Hopefully by phase 4 MCU will get the rights to Fantastic 4. If Fox decides to scrap the sequel (scheduled for 2017), I cans see it happening by 2020. Galactus is the only villain that could feel bigger than Thanos (he is).

Fox pisses me off greatly with these rights. This F4 could've been great, but it seems like they lacked time... And only made a little more than a half film. with 40 minutes extra and a year more time it could've been great. I would bet anything that this film was written by two different people not talking with eachother.

By the way if we go by general consensus, the VAGI moment I predicted came true. Ant Man ends up being best superhero movie of the year.

And Fantastic Four isn't 8% on RT tomatoes bad. Just predertermined opinions in a lot of cases. In no way is this one of the worst films of the year.

I really didn't think AoU was good at most cases. It was a mess with no focus at all. A lot of action without tension. Enjoyable comedy though.

Yeah agreed, AOU was not that bad at all. Some parts like the Thor storyline and Hulk/Widow got messy but the movie was very enjoyable at most cases. It had incredible moments, majority of characters were great, had amazing action scenes and climax was gripping. I know basically the whole plot of F4 after talking to my friend(does not matter, don't think I will ever watch it) and even though Ultron was disappointing he sounds a lot better than how Doom was.

8% on RT basically means 8% of critics thought it was good right? And this pre determined hate, I really doubt critics had that towards F4, why would they? Can't we just accept most people thought it was a bad film? My mate was optimistic about it, and he ended up being severely disappointed. That's what most fans say, they were disappointed and it was a subpar film, no pre determined hate. He said it's the worst film he has seen since Transformers 4 (he does not watch a lot, watches as much as me). Hundreds of people would not waste money to see something they decide to hate no matter what.

Oh is that how RT works? Had noooooooooo idea. We were 3 guys in watching it today. We all enjoyed it. No way is it as bad as it has been reviewed. But I guess my opinion doesn't matter.

There hasn't been a single positive piece or comment written about it since its inception. A lot of reporters I follow say reviewers also determined to hate it beforehand. I think it's weird how it can be less than 1/10 of people that enjoyed, I think that's bullshit.

I never said your opinion does not matter. I was pointing out you basically implying other opinions don't matter because of pre-determined hate which is just wrong.

I've been on neutral movie boards (no Marvel/DC/or whater haters) and almost everyone is disappointed, there are a few like you who rates it a bit but nearly everyone said it was not a good movie. Not Catwoman/Elektra bad (did not watch either) but like a 4 or 5/10
