Sky are reporting we are favourites to land Begovic.

While Sporting Kansas CEO has said they want Marko Marin Thumbs up

One of their shareholders confirmed they have the money to afford Marin, too.

Alex Song doesn't want to join us according to the Telegraph Thumbs up

While The Telegraph also claim we're 90% done signing Falcao, who is expected to sign next week. They also claim 3 youth players will be loaned to Monaco in return. Musonda is expected to be one of them.

And lastly, it looks like Salah could be sold to Fiorentina, in order for him to get a pay rise Thumbs up

Di Marzio and The Guardian are reporting that we've agreed personal terms with Begovic (5m Euros on a 4 year contract) and we've offered either 6m Euros or Pounds (depending on the report) but Stoke want either 10m Euros or 8m Pounds for him.

Sunderland apparently want MVG on loan, seems like a decent idea to me.

DailyMail is reporting we have offered 29m pounds for Arda Turan. We could do worse tbh hmm

Can anyone offer a bit of insight/explanation for the dispute between Salah and Fiorentina? Did Fio think that they had an option to unilaterally extend his loan for another full season which Salah is now refusing?

So Fiorentina signed Salah on a loan deal with the option to extend for another season. This extension included a small fee, which Fiorentina activated a few weeks back. Salah was aware of the interest and was unsure of where he wanted to go. When July 1 hit, Salah decided he didn't want to re-sign with Viola and rejected their contract offer.

As Fiorentina's deal to extend his loan was accepted by us but not Salah, the deal won't go ahead since neither we nor Fiorentina can force Salah to sign the contract.

Basically, Fiorentina are unhappy at Salah and are threatening legal action but don't have much of a leg to stand on. Neither Salah nor Chelsea seem bothered by the threats so I doubt anything will come of it.

Salah will just be hated by Fiorentina fans and will probably end up at Inter.
