I know. That was directed at Nick who said they need a RB. Why is Digne leaving? Thought he was one of France's most promising players?

He's getting no playing time Casci... he needs time at a club that will allow him to grow. PSG want instant top level and consistency. It was a bad move for him from the beginning... and i think it would be a bad move for Kurzawa for the same reason.

Can they actually lift them for just one team but still enforce them for everyone else?

They got the message from the EU that they would lose if the current lawsuits filed ever made it to court... and it was getting close to that point. They had to back off FFP as it is structured and figure out something that isn't contrary to the legal parameters of the EU in terms of allowing a competitive marketplace.

Depends on the reason for the sanctions. If there was a very valid "going concern" problem, then sanctions can be justified. But when you're citing "going concern" as the validation when there is absolutely no chance that the entity is going to go bankrupt.... then you can't enforce it.
