So essentially 20m euros + Navas. Which is £14.6m + Navas. Which is essentially Mignolet + Navas. United getting bent over

Obviously Nick is choosing the numbers that look most favourable for his club.
Let's wait and see what future reports say.

Re: Thibuuuu: welcome to Madrid
No one is getting bent over for letting go of a player in his last year, when it's obvious he's going to leave for free.
Happy we finally got him.

Re: Thibuuuu: welcome to Madrid
dont be like that, we are not here to mock United. they are a great club, they deserve respect.Don't call me James wrote:So essentially 20m euros + Navas. Which is £14.6m + Navas. Which is essentially Mignolet + Navas. United getting bent over
This is about celebrating a great GK, getting his dream move to the best club in history.

tbh LVG handled this horribly.
Should have just held him to the contract, and played him this season. It isn't like they need the money. A lot can happen in a year, and after sticking with the team, maybe they win a title or something, and he decides that he wants to stay. United's approach to this situation practically pushed him out the door.

I gave you time, you did not do it.
Not as good as signing Thibuuu but De Gea is very solid

Other "reports" have it as 35 million so Spanish report figures aren't far off. Of course, 3 cheers for Van Gaal for, not for the first time, handling a player situation ridiculously poor and immature.

Re: Thibuuuu: welcome to Madrid
It's a pretty good return for United to get some €25m + Navas for a player who had one year left and was never going to go anywhere else.
Anyway, justice for Romero.

Re: Thibuuuu: welcome to Madrid
It is a good deal but I don't get how Navas is valued at 15 mill when we bought him for 10 and barely played after.
Still a good deal for manu except that they are getting a G.K who is just 1.83 to play in PL.

Re: Thibuuuu: welcome to Madrid
What a team. What a club. Hazard should already be buying a house in Madrid right now. Another season of mediocrity beckons, enough is enough we are winners, we want to win. Almost 4 seasons & we still can't build a proper team around him. Wise up like DDG & Bale did & leave this shit League & country for the GOAT league & sunny weather.
There's already a starting spot reserved for him on the team once CR is sold. Linking up with Modric, Kroos & Hames or having to dribble past 3/4 defenders because Matic & Cesc can't build?

De Gea in 2011, speaking to Cadena SER: “I wouldn’t go to Real Madrid even if they offered me a blank check.”

Well, you're a clown that doesn't want to win so I'm not surprised. Besides imagine thinking Perez will sign Reus before Hazard if he was available.
