Re: BARCA vs EIBAR
i'll be okay with a 4pt or so gap between us and first place so long as it's in January and we can register + buy new people.
all things considered we are a team heavily filled with injuries and fatique and somehow still tied for first.
mind you we also got an extremely difficult first set of games and most of them all away from home.

Luis Enrique: "Mathieu for Bartra? We needed to build better from the back."
BURN.
Yes, Eibar's first goal comes from a Bartra mistake. But he also saved a goal coming from an identical Alves mistake, and Luis Enrique didn't sub off Alves. He eagerly works to kill young player's careers for some reason.

There's two problematic words in there: 'young' and 'career'

Another turgid display. Football painful to watch most of the time. And the stone age tactic(if you can even call it that) is not even that sustainable. Its completely and wholly dependent on Suarez. Basically just hoof the ball to Suarez who brings it down, holds it up and brings others into play with his link up, movement and passing. Thats the only way we are creating chances.
If Suarez goes down injured, we are going to struggle to create chances and win.

Re: BARCA vs EIBAR
I know we are playing shit football but what can u expect from masche-rakituc-busi midfield. Wait till iniesta come and IT will be mostly alright. Two people who share most responsibility of creativity are absent hence the dip in quality nothing to do with Lucho.alexjanosik wrote:Another turgid display. Re: BARCA vs EIBAR
It is the same thing with Iniesta plays my friend, it makes no difference. The style of play shouldnt change because of one player being missing, especially if that one players isnt Messi.
What would be acceptable is the football to be played in a certain way, but lacking effeciancy and more turnovers with a midfield like that (Rak, Bus, Masch). But I dont see a difference when Iniesta plays or doesnt, its just more quality individually but no influence at all on how we go about creating chances.

Re: BARCA vs EIBAR
Maybe. But imo what Barca style warrants most is off the ball movement which makes the short passing possible. Though busi rakitic are good passer busi cannot make those runs into danger areas for obvious reasons that he is anchor and frankly rakitic doesn't has that capability when defence sits deep he is not very useful. Masche is not even proper midfielder and shouldn't be playing in midfied in mule league let alone LA liga. most imp player that runs whole midfield darting through opposition just to make passing possible is inesta so it makes sense that it's not same without him.
Regarding ur point that absence of one player shouldn't affect the playing style I agree with u 100 percent. But sadly thats the case with us now if xavi would have been there or thiago things would have been different but for now iniesta is only proper barca midfielder which we have. The only player that would have compensated the loss is messi .That's what am saying from starting of season that instead of buying players we should develop the individuals who know our style inside out. U cannot sign coutinho and expect him to play traditional barca football because skills can be improved by practising not the instincts.
