Good game regardless of the scoreline. Bayern was unlucky not to win though.

Oh lucky you! Just promise me whenever you will go to match, you will strip naked and run through ground so that I can see you. Am not asking much am I?

'Flitzen' is difficult in the Olympiastadion as you, should you manage to climb the fence, have to cross about 30 yards of blue athletic lanes first before you reach the pitch.
It's a terrible, terrible stadium to watch football really.

Yay! And Lard Stindl scored in the 36th minute!
Borussia M'gladbach 1:0 Eintracht Frankfurt
And the 2:0 by Raffael in the 53rd minute
Mo Dahoud scores the 3:0 in the 80th minute. Pitch black day for poor Lukas Hradecky today.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
So it's 2:0 at half-time. Let's see if Robert Lewandowski will get the chance to add to his goal tally in the second half or if he'll be rested the full match for Turin.
@Viva: Well, I'm quite glad that Gladbach kept a clean sheet for once. They shipped way too many goals so far - funnily they still have the third best goal difference ^^

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
It's just so sad. Frankfurt were actually half-decent for the past few seasons, and now this shit show. I know our squad isn't great, but it's good enough to not have to worry about competition from the likes of Ingolstadt, Hannover, or Stuttgart.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Well, with Alex Meier out, there is a severe lack of proper goalscorers.
BTW kicker.de say that Bayern are mean bullies who refuse to let Werder play with them (84% possession o_O)

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Well this isn't the Bremen that had Diego and Özil feeding Pizarro anymore. Hell, Hamburg and Bremen have just not had much luck with transfers for about 4 seasons now, can make a mid-sized club drop way low.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Maybe Bremen and Hamburg should look for some proper sports directors and scouts then. If you look at Gladbach, they manage to make a lot from much smaller resources due to great scouting.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Of course, or look at Dortmund, Stuttgart and Schalke, who either have great scouts or great academies. With Bremen I wonder though, not long ago they found like two great talents per season.
I guess luck ran out, TBH I would've bet money on Felix Kroos turning out almost as good as his brother, so it's not like I'd be a better scout...

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
You couldn't know that Felix Kroos would be hampered due to severe injuries. AFAIK even Toni Kroos stated that he thought his brother was more talented than him.
But what I find pretty inexcusable is the fact that Werder never managed to get some good goalies after Tim Wiese. I mean they kept Raphael Wolf for ages when it was obvious that he was horribly error prone. And Felix Wiedwald now is rather questionable, too.
Edit: Positive jinx seems to work, too. (Felix Wiedwald today XD)

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
o_O One Borussia fan in the stadium died of a heart attack on his place during the match. A second person also got a heart attack or stroke, and according to the commentator was brought to the hospital and is now stable. The info is a bit confusing, but nonetheless horrible. The ultrás of both sides decided to tone down their support out of respect. Such a tragedy!

Sad.
It's well known that ardently following football games vastly increases risk of heart attack.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
It was an eerie mood as the fans of both sides were practically silent during the second half. When the fans later sang "You'll never walk alone" in the end, it was truly moving.
