Arsenal Vs Sunderland [FA CUP 3rd Round]

Post by RealGunner on Fri Jan 08, 2016 10:04 pm

Arsenal Vs Sunderland
9/1/16: 15:00 BST
Emirates Stadium

Should be a straight forward win. Hopefully Big sam fields a weak team to focus on the PL survival. We can field a weak team in return. Don't mind winning the FA cup 3rd time in a row but rather focus on winning the PL this time IMO.

Ozil should be rested but he won't.

Might see this team

--------------------------Ospina--------------------------
Chambers--------Gabriel-------Koscielny---------Gibbs
--------------Arteta-----------Ramsey-------------------
Joel-------------------Adelaide-------------------Oxlade
------------------Giroud-----------------------------------

Liverpool game on 13th is 100000000000x more important.

Liverpool game is not 10000000000000x times more important. We can't exit the Cup now, need to win.

Come on Arsenal!

I actually agree that Liverpool game is more important in terms of who we field on the pitch.

A more makeshift team should be able to win against this Sunderland team. As RG points out, Sam might be more keen on ensuring PL survival - which means a lot more to clubs nowadays than winning cups which barely make a dent on the bottomline.

Looks like 4-4-2 for Sunderland.

Arsenal late with their team news.

Think Campbell will be on the wing.

Glad Mesut is rested.

Arsene taking this way too seriously, if we end up with injuries before the next 3 games then he only has himself to blame. On the other hand, excited to see what Obi wan Iwobi can do

Poor from Koscielny, he should have got rid of it there. the amount of space Sunderland got in that position tho. Poor defending all around

Uninspiring stuff so far. Koscielny moronic on the edge of his box, gifting them a goal.
