This person has been leaking a variety of agreements (mostly Portuguese) over the past months. I am personally led to believe this is 100% legitimate considering the nature of other documents on the website.

Uhm, no. Anyone can look at a sample/format of how these contracts usually look like and just add a bunch technical gibberish to make it sound authentic

You wouldn't include the Van der Vaart, the solidarity thing, etc. It's too complete to be fake, and agent reaction pretty much confirms it.

6 pages seems mighty short for a deal like that... There's like 50 clauses missing such as jurisdiction, dispute resolution, agent fees if any, etc. And all the pages aren't initialed. It looks pretty fake unless it was really that flimsy.
