Haven't seen that much of his Juve and Italy, but he does like to play 3-5-2 right?

How successful would such a system be in the PL? (Assuming he sticks to it)

He plays whatever comes out of the players he has. He has played 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 3-5-2, 3-4-3, etc in the past. His main thing is hardwork over everything to pretty extreme levels. He tries to control the game and be solid before allowing for much creativity. So its high pressing, ball retention and close lines.

Interesting. Going to have some awesome managerial battles in the PL next season.

I still hate him for the way he left, I will forever be grateful for what he did for us and I will always love him a our legend. I hate that he is stubborn and that he can be such a crybaby but I wish him the best and I will be Chelsea fan from next season as well I really wanna see did he correct his mistakes from the Juve days or he is on the same tactical level, I rate Max above him as manager but I'll always love that *bleep* prick Conte Smile

What sort of players he normally use ? Heard he uses 3-5-2. So if its to be the case then which all players will face the ax and which all will arrive ?
Personally I can see Chelsea going after either Ricardo Rodriguez or Jose Gaya as both can be essentially used as wing backs and both looks legit.

Heard that he is a very strict manager and shouts very loudly at players during team talks if something goes wrong on the pitch. I don't remember which Juventus player said this but I read it somewhere.

He is like Ferguson he kicks, he breaks, once he told Bonucci that he will rip his off.

players like Vidal and Marchisio are his favored. He likes fast wingbacks/wingers.

Such an interesting appointment. Continues a very rich tradition of Italian coaches at Chelsea as well. I'm ambivalent to the club itself, but it's Serie A connection has been unmistakable. I can't help, but like that the most about this club.

Will be watching Conte's Chelsea with quite a bit of interest. Dem old school tactical battles with him and Ranieri should be the stuff of grinta.

Pep V Mou V Klopp V Conte V Ranieri V Pochettino V Wenger and if Newcastle stay up maybe Benitez (or he could be at another PL club).

Yes, exactly, I said as first thing he will ask these sort of midfielders because Chelsea still hasn't them imo

About Italian mercato rumours. ..

He wants Nainggolan , and this confirms what me and Devi said about him . The Belgian is the typical Contian midfielder

And Perisic . I hope no , because he is great :coffee:

We won't get Bonucci, or RicRod.

Pato won't stay, either.

Bonucci won't leave Juventus, he'll retire here. He is seen as captain material after Chiellini together with Marchisio.
