Nolito was a beast for the first half of the season = starts for Spain? Also, surprised Cesc is starting ahead of Koke, but I can see the logic behind it.

Morata fits Spain a lot better than he fits Juve. Looks good combining here.

I hate Spain NT more than anything in the world tbh.
Pique, Ramos, Busquets, Fabregas, Alba, all together, it's like the annual meeting of supervillains, SPECTRE or something.

Supervillains are usually kind of intelligent, which gives way too much credit to the likes of Alba or who is more a dumb cronie who nobody likes tbh hmm

True.

That being said, calling Spain 'scrubs' is wrongheaded beyond belief tbh.
Apart from Alba and Morata, every single starter is a world class star player. Their problem is more that they're over it, spiritually.

I just realized Ramos is the captain. Iniesta is 10x more level headed than him, and is usually voted the best player of the tournament for Spain (and scored the World Cup winner). Iniesta should have the arm band

You can tell this by 39 mins of the game? We have yet to see if the World Cup was bad transition period for them or if it's the norm. People have said Barca is over winning, and we continue to win. So we have to wait and see, 39 mins in a match is too soon to say they are over it

True lol, when i say that though i'm saying based on results and performances. Not their talent, since Xavi retired they have very much underwhelmed imo.

They should be doing better.

Forgot to exempt Nullito. He's a scrub.
But surely Spain are more themselves again than 2014.
