Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 5
Prime Eddie Murphy :banderas: I'm not big on standup, tbh the only guy I've watched in recent memory is Bill Burr, he's alright. But I watched all of Eddie Murphy's stuff from the 80s or 90s a couple years back and it still holds up well. Dude was legit.
I noticed that Netflix are throwing mad money at stand up guys for specials though, Chris Rock, Chapelle and IIRC Kevin James, who I imagine absolutely sucks.

Prime Dave Chapelle in like 2004-2006 was an amazing stand up comedian.
Louis CK has been the best since Chapelle's been gone for so long.
His Netflix special is great, I loved both episodes, but still not as good as some of Louie's stuff.

too many goat characters on TV to ever have a definitive list
I can think of like 20 in the last 5 years alone who I wouldn't even be able to break down to a top 10

Just watched the first two episodes of 13 Reasons Why. Seems really really good so far. Always love some good teenager based crime and mystery.
Brick is great in that sense. So was Veronica Mars.
