2.5 to concacaf
4 to caf
3.5 to afc

So we'd get
Chile from conmebol
US, T&T from concacaf
3 from Italy, Ireland, Greece, NIreland from uefa

dont know how the rest look

To give England a chance to win some games till they get KO in the r16.
