Yessss what a hard earned vital 3 points. I dont understand the schedule, we played CL Wed. and Real played Tue I thought, but we play first game of Sat. while they play Sunday night it seems? Wtf? I think our players looked tired towards the end naturally, not at our best energy wise.

I was so tense towards the end. In the last 10 mins so frustrated to see we basically didnt create anything, without Iniesta it just seems as though the opening had to be created by Messi, with others unable to, and in the last second he did it, with the one two with Neymar and pass to Suarez, penalty no more miss this time! WOOO HOOOO~~!!!

Missed the Iniesta injury, we cant afford to miss him Sad

Credit to us , we fought for the hard three points, but our midfield is a worry. Umtiti looks good but on occasions he had trouble keeping in line with the other defenders, so that needs to be sorted out. Digne looked good. Gomes was meh. If Iniesta is out, I wonder who will replace him, Gomes it seems, but Suarez looked decent when he came on.

Futbol only shows up these days when Barca win and/or to laugh at Pep. The latter he has not done much of leaving ES to fight the good fight by himself.

Hopefully Iniesta's injury isn't bad. Andre Gomes-Rakitic-Busquets will send barca out of top 4.

BC sure if you want to compare La Liga refs to some 3rd world refs. But they are the worst refs in the top 4 leagues easily. So much worse than PL and Bundes. Easily the worst linemen of any league Laughing

I could maybe hear an argument for bundes and serie a but than PL? The difference is not at all what you make it out to be, the leagues are pretty close in ref quality. For instance today I watched Spurs - Bournemouth and the ref gave a yellow for pretty minor offenses but ignored all the clear cut reds.

Ballon d'Or is a popularity contest, not a marketing contest. Being liked by your peers is a huge part of it. If you regularly do dirty fouls, dive, bite, etc, they will not vote for you.

Unless his argument is "Cristiano is a douche too and he is able to get on the podium because of his marketing" hmm

But even then I think Cristiano is arrogant, but a decent person when treating his rivals.

Marketing is part of the popularity though hmm

A big part, which is why whether Messi or Ronaldo deserve it or not and some years they haven't without a doubt they still get it every year.

The thing is that this is recurring thing in Mestalla as Messi was hit last season in the head when we visited there. Surely there has to be punishment like playing with empty stadium so they learn how to behave? Or do we need seriour injuries to this happen?
