Latest News from the Treatment Room:

1. Modric: the Madrid derby at the Estadio Vicente Calderon was penciled in as the most appropriate date for his comeback. However, and according to Marca, his recovery is going quicker than initially planned and there's a slight chance he might even feature against Leganes on November, 6.

2. Ramos: the defender has returned to Real Madrid training and is already running on his injured knee. With a grade two sprain of the medial collateral ligament of his left knee, the recovery time was given at six weeks, with the November 19 Madrid derby a potential week in which he could return.

3. Case: still recovering from a fracture to the central third of left fibula. Return date still unknown.

Player(s) Suspended:

1. Carvajal: completely recovered from the knock he picked up against Cultural Leonesa, but he's set to miss today's clash against Alavés due to suspension.

Players Recovered/Back:

1. Coentrao: fully recovered. Made his return to action in Leon after seven months away and has been included for today's game.

2. BBC will start (“There are no injustices. I'm responsible for my decisions. I want what is best for my team”.)

Probable Lineup: Navas; Danilo, Pepe, Varane, Marcelo; Kroos, Kova, Isco; Bale, Ronaldo, Benzema.

Pepe is off. Nacho in.

Danilo is getting killed. That right side is where most Alaves attacks are stemming from.

It's so hard to play handicapped though, 10 vs 11

Benzema redcarded is a tough blow

Why are we playing Bale-Ronaldo upfront when we have two fit strikers on bench?

First half review: average performance. We're leading through a controversial penalty and a deflected, but still great goal from Ronaldo. I believe we haven't created one good chance from open play, and we're missing somebody to link up with Bale and Ronaldo up front.

Of course playing without Morata and Benzema didn't help.

Varane with his jackass play per match still going strong though I imagine Navas has some serious blame to share there as well.
