Right now I have a hard time envisioning players who would both significantly improve our squad this next summer, and who would want to come to Arsenal, and who Wenger/the board would be willing to target & shell out for as needed.

It's like the old saying about a task being 'fast,' 'cheap,' and 'good.' You can pick two, you can't have all three.
