For those that watched the Man U 2-0 Man C game, how was it? I only managed to catch the highlights now, and from that Man C didnt have chances, whereas Man U had many, could have been 3-0...?

Well I wouldn't bother because it doesnt matter. Pre Season, As long as players get minutes and there are no injuries both teams win.

His movement is terrible and he has the first touch of an elephant. But if you lay a good pass for him in the box, he will score. Also, if you let him run at your defense in open space, he can be devastating. Those are his strengths.

Most crucial thing for him to develop right now is his first touch. It will not only let him immensely improve his link up play with his teammates but also dramatically improve his hold up play which at the moment is not even as good as Costa's (which was pretty average and appallingly poor when he wasn't in form). Pisses me off when I see big target men who have terrible hold up play. Use your size for good measure ffs.

It isn't, Everyone knows it. He just scores if you do all the hard work for him which is important imo

Messi's in great shape.

Don't think I've ever seen him look this sharp in preseason.

Big season incoming for the GOAT.

Imagine the technical difference from Ibra to Lukaku.

In fact, the donkey is strong at Man U with the likes of Fellaini, Lingard, Rashford and Lukaku starting.

United didn't buy Lukaku for the style points though, he will put up the numbers like he has proven he can in the PL for seasons.

With Mata behind him he can probably put up better numbers than he has with Everton.

Mata isn't going to play much... M---- tryan is the starter in the AM role. Herrera and Pogba will be the CMs.

Not bad, at least Madrid's 1st team actually trying in this match. Highlight though was G. Jesus diving for a PK. In a friendly.

Barca DNA right there. Expect a transfer in the upcoming seasons.

No concerns its only preseason. gaining fitness is more important.

though I reckon city will like the boost of how this result is going.

too bad it wont help them come the start of the season.

I don't think it's City, I think it's Pep who wants to win at all costs. I still remember his celebration when Bayern beat us 2 seasons ago

He's a Cule at the end of the day getting to beat RM/Barca in an official game or friendly usually satisfying to some fans from both sides.

Bayern's H2H record against the Milan clubs is one of the worst in football i think, they've got like 2 wins in 18 meetings or something like that

Yeah Milan has relevant tradition against Bayern.. https://www.transfermarkt.it/vergleich/vereineBegegnungen/statistik/27_5 hmm
About us, before of CL final 2010 and 2011 , Bayern was linked to bitter memories for the Uefa Cup '88-'89. We won 0-2 in Munchen that year, but then we lose 1-3 at San Siro on 2nd leg  , conceding 3 goals in 9 minutes, and so we were knocked out. Considering how much was great Inter that year ( we won  Serie A with points record carried by Lothar Matthaus in his prime ) it represents still one of most brutal memories for an Inter fan ( mitigated just because it was within a triumphal season ) .

We smashed a league 1 team 4-0 last night, fail to see how we can be stopped from winning all 38 games tbh.
