Re: The Bundesliga Thread 17/18
So the loss to Koln was enough to get Gisdol fired. Could not get the original Felix Magath, but got his old assistant to replace.

Come on!
Ulreich with two goal kicks that did not go out of the box, where is the red Card and 5 game suspension for blatant time wasting!!!!

It was fun while it lasted Lewa heads in a corner, game over..... Though Bayern do have Ulreich in goal...

I wont say it is Ulreich's fault for not coming out on the corner, but he is no Neuer, hell he is no Pavlenka.

That lasted about 10 seconds. Well,Pavlenka did not look great on that one, Lewa again, a header again.

Pavlenka unlucky with the 3:2, but Ulreich was poor all game
Not complaining though as he's been a great backup all in all this season

Imagine trying to reach CL spots in a top 5 league with a forward called Guido Burgstaller

RB Leipzig left back Halstenberg has ruptured his ACL in training and is out for the season.
Damn, he's a good player who also debuted for the NT against England the other month and looked like a serious option at LB, where we have close to none

In 2nd division news, the game between Darmstadt and kaiserslautern was cancelled at halftime due to the Kaiserslautern coach having a heart attack?

FCK say a heart attack "can be ruled out" after initial examinations, Strasser is doing better and is not in critical condition.

HT Scores
Bayern - Hoffenheim (Sa.) -:- (2:2) Live
Bayerns latest rape victims were actually leading this 2-0 at one point. I tuned in late but Bayern look comfortable enough to win this.
Dortmund - Freiburg -:- (1:1) Live
Auba is playing, just sell the clown to Real FFS
Leipzig - Hamburg -:- (1:1) Live
Leipzig sinking like a Lead Zeppelin?
Köln - Augsburg -:- (1:0) Live
If Koln pull off a relegation escape that will be quite somethiing.
Stuttgart - Schalke -:- (0:2)
After the next World Cup when Morocco win their group and make the quarter finals, Harit will be football's new heart throb.
Bayern - Hoffenheim (Sa.) -:- (2:2) Live

Bayern - Hoffenheim (Sa.) 5:2 (2:2)
Like the hearless, soulless rapists they are, Bayern not only rape three players away from Hoff, they then bring on one of those players to score a 90 min meaningless goal. This is akin to a rapist pissing on their victim after the rape, just horrible pig farmer behavior from this classless club. Make a Euro league already and throw them into it and leave the clean ,pure, righteous football clubs to play
Dortmund - Freiburg 2:2 (1:1)
it woiuld appear Auba played 90 mins and did not score
Leipzig - Hamburg 1:1 (1:1) Live
Köln - Augsburg 1:1 (1:0) Live
Stuttgart - Schalke 0:2 (0:2)
The late great Naldo scored in this game

Re: The Bundesliga Thread 17/18
Bremen 0 - 0 Berlin HT
I was kind of surprised to see Bremen so highly favoured by the bookies to win this game, but after watching the first 5 minutes with them hitting the post and looking far better, I was starting to see why.
Werder is the better team and moving the ball around fairly well, but I can still see them losing this 1-0 or it ending 0-0.

Well, that is 2 points lost. 94 min "clearance" of the line by Hertha player who knew nothing about it.

They’ve become quite good since sacking Dortmund’s current coach, who is not doing that well either. Who would’ve thought that the guy who couldn’t manage a win is not that good

Re: The Bundesliga Thread 17/18
VfB fired their coach yesterday, so the league is crying out for Felix to return to one of his former clubs (so pretty much any club).
I thought the Pretenders would have an easy job of Mainz, but that is not happening, not even future Balon D Or winner Leon Bailey can do very much. Still 0-0 at the half.
One thing of note, everyone know looks at the Bundesliga as a selling league and outside of bayern it seems that way, but even little Mainz bought during the winter window and a great buy at that. While the WWEpl spends 75 mil on poor man versions of Jon Tah or the Bender twins, Mainz is getting Nigel de Jong for free!
