Both Shakespeare and Koeman already gone. Not sure what we should do here.
Bizarrely, Bilic is still there whom I only excluded as I anticipated his imminent sacking.

It helped me tremendously by venting my anger and frustration about my life in general and Klopp in particular hmm

You and me both know Liverpool and Klopp will be fine, eventually.

Yeah that's what kept me going but I don't think it's gonna work out. Maybe we have to think about the alternatives now. Just maybe.

Any suggestions how to deal with the departures from the 2nd division?
Should we just delete all games that included them?
Should we add another manager in their stead?

I don't think "in their stead" is actual English but it might as well be.
In their place? Instead of them? "In their stead" sounds great tbh

Problem is we have unequality in the games played and ensuing points now because not everyone has played them.

I have a feeling that it would matter very little in the end.

Ok I've made a decision.

I will redo the 2nd division death match from the beginning, purging from it the games involving Koeman's Everton and Shakespeare's Leicester, and instead adding Sean Dyche to the pool. He has earned it.

The EPL Managerial Death Match 2nd division thus includes:

Tony Pulis
Mark Hughes
Sean Dyche
David Wagner
Rafa Benitez
Eddi Howe
and Marco Silva

Here's the new update:

EPL Managerial Death-Match, 2nd Division

Games played (games involving the eliminated Koeman and Shakespeare have been struck, newly added games in red):

West Brom vs Bournemouth 1-0
Everton vs Stoke 1-0
Bournemouth vs Watford 0-2
Burnley vs West Brom 0:1
Huddersfield vs Newcastle 1-0
West Brom vs Stoke 1-1
Huddersfield vs Leicester 1-1
Newcastle vs Stoke 2-1
Burnley vs Huddersfield 0-0
Everton vs Bournemouth 2-1
Bournemouth vs Leicester 0-0
West Brom vs Watford 2-2
Stoke vs Bournemouth 1-2
Watford vs Stoke 0-1
Burnley vs Newcastle 1-0

Table:

1. Pulis 8 points 4 games
1. Koeman 6 points 2 games
2. Wagner 4 points 2 games
3. Silva 4 points 3 games
   Dyche 4 points 3 games
5. Hughes 4 points 4 games
6. Benitez 3 points 3 games
   Howe 3 points 3 games
6. Shakespeare 2 points 2 games
