Well, finally we are going to see our youngsters out on the field. Probable line up:

Navas
Achraf-Tejero-Nacho-Theo
Kovacic-Llorente-Ceballos
Lucas-Mayoral-Bale

Our shit Castilla team drew against Fuenlabrada this weekend, I expect nothing less tban a route here

Hala, they are playing Manu in place of suspended Vallejo and it's the dreaded 4-4-2 with Theo on wing again and Tejero at LB. Bale, Mayoral up front.

any bets on how long Bale can play without re-injuring himself again!

Official line up

Keylor Navas; Achraf, Tejero, Nacho, Theo; Marcos Llorente, Ceballos, Kovacic, Óscar, Franchu; y Mayoral.

Really excited about this midfield. Either Oscar or Ceballos will play the Isco role. I hope this means ZZ will continue with the 4312 even when Bale gets back

Navas and Casilla is the worst one-two punch at the GK position I've ever seen from us. Not even kidding. The mistakes they both make are mind boggling.

Majestic goal by Fuenlabrada, a team from the second division, at the Bernabeu.

No worries though, we'll most definitely win the other two Clasicos.

Majestic?

It was an own goal that should've been saved.

It was a powerful and beautiful shot, regardless of the keeper's blunder.

It was straight at the goalkeeper who made it go in because of a blunder. I don't see how that's "majestic".

It's a great clean hit of the ball that should never have gone in.

Freeza, he was joking due to a ridiculous claim in another thread.

The playing of Oscar and Franchu is awful. They are average players on a very bad 3rd level team.

Is it just me, or do you find passes pathetic?

We aint even playing that bad we just have a striker who's taking this Benz is my idol thing a little too literal. His 1-2s are so cringy. Theo is having a nightmare of a game too, can't seem to pass to a white shirt at all. Llorente, Franchu and Ceballos playing pretty good. We'll get the goal but i am 99% sure it won't be Mayoral

I don’t know Hala. There are bad passes and decisions all over the place. The other team has been the better side by a large margin. They have had a half dozen legitimate chances while I don’t think we’ve had more than one!

He's still very bad though. Grateful for the two goals, but he's still very, very bad. Not surprised since he learned from the master himself.

Ok, I know there's a big, big chance I may regret saying this later, but Bale seems quite sharp to me right now.

InB4 he picks up another injury and disappears for four straight months.

Never in doubt, Llorente and Ceballos were doing too well to be losing this match.

Don't lie, Eternal Optimist. You were so nervous and afraid that we would lose that you decided to go pick a fight in the PL section to distract yourself Laughing

Such a lethargic display from some players aspiring for a starting berth or to sit on the bench. They can't complain if they never get picked again. Awful

Liked what I saw from Ceballos, Llorente and Tejero. The rest meh especially the fullbacks, the one couldn't make an accurate pass while the other couldn't make an accurate cross. Bale played a better cross with the outside of his foot with his first attempt

Fuenlabrada came with a game plan and were fighting for every ball, our players were passing it sideways, our DM was the playmaker, say no more Rolling Eyes

Anyways on we march. Goodbye Castilla trash, I mean who the heck is this sesame guy, losing the ball in the middle of the field and jogging back. Feck off

I can’t even give Ceballos, Kova or Llorente good marks! It was a poor game from Navas, Theo, Achraf and mayoral. The Castilla players get no rating from me. maybe Tejero a bit. The poor decisions, terrible passes (unless they were meant to go to opposition) and pathetic crosses were too many to count. We won this only because of (surprise) Bale.

Our only hope for anything this season hangs on Ronaldo picking up form and Bale staying healthy!

Don’t knock him, Nick. He did make a difference today in a third level futbol game. The real challenge is how long can he go before tripping over himself again!

But he, as our winter signing, is our last hope.

Can’t count on our CFs, starter nor the one who should have been loaned out. We can only hope Ronaldo can pick up some form. I’m not overly concerned about rest of team, but without a front line to count on, we walk home empty handed!
