Liverpool could be set to complete a double swoop on RB Leipzig this summer with Jurgen Klopp interested in signing Timo Werner, according to reports.

Naby Keita will officially become a Liverpool player at the end of the season after a fee was agreed with RB Leipzig last summer.

There is fresh uncertainty over the future of David De Gea. His camp believe he should be placed in the same importance as Paul Pogba and Alexis Sánchez from a contract perspective. (Source: Independent)

That's the issue with going mental with wages lol, every player starts to think they should be at least matching the highest earner.

Even if De Gea does deserve it.

Juventus want Martial

It’s thought Juventus are interested in Anthony Martial, but Manchester United would demand €65m [£57.6m] to sell him.

Pavel Nedved, the Bianconeri’s Vice-President was spotted meeting with Nelio Lucas of Doyen Sports last week, when Juve were in London to face Tottenham Hotspur.

Martial is one of Doyen’s clients, and Premium Sport reports that is is the young Frenchman who was up for discussion in London.

Contacts are continuing, but the stumbling block will be the Red Devils, who would demand around €65m to sell.

Martial’s contract expires in the summer of 2019, though there is an option for a further year.

@firenze @tom @rincon

Please don't dare to mention how Khedira will be starting when he's 46
Or that any of our forwards are leaving- especially Dybala

Acceptable responses: Mandzukic out, Cuadrado may move on. What a signing it would be for Juventus etc.

still a firm believer that Martial is world class and Mourinho is holding him back

would probably be a balon d'or contender in a couple years if he moves, would be an unreal success in Serie A IMO

not convinced it will happen obviously

I do think he would love to leave United

I don't think we'd be in for him though, not on the current face of the team. The only position we should be splashing that kind of cash on is in the midfield

I believe it. If he is available and not overly expensive I can see us knocking for him. Mandzukic is close to the way out and Martial's profile of being able to play LW and CF fits our needs.

I've seen this twice before: With Pogba when he transfered to Juventus, and with Patrice Evra, so that's nothing new for this football club :coffee:

(Yes, I am mocking Mourinho's press conferance after Sevilla)
