First 9 games we lost 3 games, last 12 games we have lost 3 games.

In between was the public sale of the club, where we lost 8 of 9 games.

Benitez will deny it but there's no doubt in my mind it effected players.

You have one of the worst squads in the league, still not safe but staying top 15 would be a success IMO

also had no idea Slimani played for you now, he used to be legit but has been a flop in the PL

I know we do lol, as for Slimani he's been injured his entire time since joining on loan.

Still hasn't made his debut lol, luckily the other loan signings we made being Kenedy and the goal keeper have been very good.

It's almost like without great players other players step up with the new responsibility and freedom afforded to them.

Mane was on fire last season though and you had Coutinho, who was going to be sold regardless of signing Salah.

Mane's been good but nothing like last season. I guess it's an impossible thing to ask as you would have signed someone like Lemar and we don't know how someone like that would have impacted the team. I guess all we know for certain is that this season Salah is absolutely carrying the team. Really curious to see how Klopp does next season without the Egyptian.

That Mane would have been the same though, only reason he hasn't is because Salah's presence demands it.

I don't particularly believe the one man team stuff tbh for anyone, as long as you are good enough and the coach knows what he's doing you can easily remain competitive.

People said the same thing when Coutinho was sold and surprise, surprise others have stepped up with increased responsibility and freedom.

Firmino is performing unbelievably

Misplaced pass (and it was a good idea of a pass), he sprints after the opponent until he has the ball back.

So good.
