Buvac's father is ill. That is the reason why he has returned to Bosnia.

The rumours are most likely lazy journalism but I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up happening.

It's 2018 and I refuse to believe that any top club will hire someone without any managerial experience and not affiliated with the club (only Mislintat can vouch for him). We would have seen Queiroz, Meulensteen, etc. manage Man Utd at some point otherwise.

This has been our worst season ever since I've been here on planet Earth.

/end season
/restart
/reboot
/sell most of the team if we have to
/rebuild
/restructure

At least we know with Wenger going there is a sense of a change coming. I hope, even if it's not as immediate as next season, change will also be visible on the football field, because let's face it... we've been mental midgets since we lost the CL final in 2006.

first season is going to be a thankless job..I honestly think next season could be even worse, like you say..IMO, half the team needs rebuilding. That's going to take time and the sides above don't need to do that. I honestly don't see Arsenal improving in terms of league position next season barring a complete collapse from the teams above them. Just gotta make sure you bring the right man in and not a Moyes type, like some of the names being thrown around.

I'm not an Arsenal fan but for me I'd just be relieved to finally see change. Even if the league finish next year is the same, just seeing the club finally change, hopefully in the right direction, has to be satisfying. I used to like Arsenal back in the the day from the PL clubs. I'm sure many of us non PL-team fans did as they were enjoyable all around. Then, for me, Wenger slowly sucked all the fun of football out of the club.

Results might take time, excitement should come right away.

You're spot on.

There might be some bumps in the road ahead but the hope is back for Arsenal fans (or at least for me).

Will the new manager start well? Will he get sacked in 3 months? Will he play boring football or will he bring us back to beautiful football? Who will he sign? Who will he sell? That's some exciting shit for someone who has been deprived of hope for too long.

I had forgotten the beauty of football for some time but I see it again! Can't wait for the appointment!

Juventus’s management will meet with Allegri in the coming weeks to discuss his future. Arsenal are monitoring his situation. (Romeo Agresti)

Sounds like a BFairthrone type of ATK.

I would be ecstatic if he is right though.
Out of all the coaches names being thrown around, Allegri is the one I want the most.

"Concerns about the club's management structure"

What does that even mean? Which part of the structure? What about it is "concerning"?

Hate this vague reporting bs.

That Sky Sports guy is the worst, he just repeats what others have said and adds his own spin to it. I really should have choosen sports journalism as my career.

Calm down you clowns

As far as I know , the club structure at Arsenal has changed to a more Italian style with CEO, sporting director all having a major say as opposed to previous years where Wenger was doing all the decision making.

I feel like if Allegri or Enrique were to join, they'd want more power at the club and have a bigger say in the club's decision making. Hence maybe both are citing at this 'concern' so to speak.

I disagree with giving Allegri all the say tbh. Loved him as coach, wouldn't want him as a transfer director.

He hasn't had all the say at Cagliari, Milan or Juve. Don't know why it would be an issue now.

Yea everyone agrees that guy is bullshitting. If there is any news about Arsene's successor. It will be on BREXIT news reported by pro-brexit reporters.

Can speak German, English and Albanian. That should be enough to make me a Bundesliga/Balkans/drug trafficking expert.

Thanks, I‘ll be thinking about it.
