Delete this club. Bunch of bottlers.

We had so many chances to be in a comfortable position. But even then, 1-0 is a good result. Just don't do anything stupid and we'll be fine.

But no, Welbeck has to try and cut inside and dribble around two players, our backline has to be too high up, Koscielny has to clear the ball into the striker's face, Ospina has to get megged and Mustafi has to fall over on the goalline.

The worst part is, I knew it was coming. Arsenal are so prone to *bleep* up that you just knew one would happen.

you cant blame wenger for that tbh. arsenal should have scored 3-4 goals tonight and the defender made a mess of the griz goal.

Of course you can blame him. Basically everyone who watched the game had this "would be typical Arsenal if they bottle it" feeling. Wenger instilled this mentality.

Should feel like a loss for Arsenal and rightly so, Amazing mentality from Atletico, taking off 2 strikers and still getting that away goal.

I doubt Arsenal will progress now, But i will root for Venga again.

but AM are the best team in the world at defending yet arsenal could of and should of scored 3-4 goals. so wenger set the team up well. just bad finishing and one mistake cost arsenal the win.

The Griezmann goal was from nothing, Could have been different easily.

Welbeck losing the ball, 7/10 he would have won a free kick there. The ref was world class tonight.

Koszeboss clearence, Again he usually clears them, He just got unlucky that his bounced off his face and landed infront of Griezmann again.

Griezmann shot, Ospina saved and diverted it away from goal, Unfortunately again onto a jogging Griezmann's path.

Mustafi's slip, He would have dealt with it unless he slipped at the last moment, Griezmann's shot still hit his upper knee and went into the top of the goal, Could have gone anywhere.

All in all, Atletico are very lucky, But they made their own staying in the game till the end.

i agree with all of that but missed chances are what cost arsenal imo. they had some realy good chances to score not just half chances i mean really good chances

I don't think Arsenal missed a lot of chances, Almost all of Arsenal's chances were half chances at best. None of them clear cut, It was a horrible performance for a team being 11v10 at home for 90 mins.

i counted 3-4 chances they had on goal from inside the box that either went wide or over the bar. liverpool would have won that game 4-1 tonight imo.

Can't say, We'd almost have the same trouble breaking down that deep lying backline as much as Arsenal. Arsenal's midfield is a better creator than ours and that's what matters against teams that sit deep.

Honestly, what do you expect when you have sissies like Koscielny and Mustafi leading your backline?

From Adams-Bould, Campbell-Kolo to this.

Arsenal desperately needs some leaders in their team.
