Re: Gonzalo Higuain takes his talents to South Beach
Higgy has been fine.
He got off to a resounding start for a reason when the team were not scared of their own shadow and our midfield has some cohesion. One injury and one recent suspension to cloud his mind does not spell any failure on him for us given we have a midfield composed of Bukakeyoko and Kessie of have FIFA vision 24 along with his general play to create has been the reason of half of our chances on the pitch, along with us just not dominating any games at all.
I don't think one understands how good Higuain's general play has gotten ever since being under Rafa Benitez in Napoli.

Chelsea will take him for 40 million without a doubt

Higuain to Chelsea heating up. Milan's UEFA restrictions and (apparently) Higuain's will make the move possible.

Marca reports #ACMilan striker Gonzalo Higuain is ‘hours away’ from becoming a #ChelseaFC player, but Sky Sport Italia disagrees https://t.co/pjbedGSXi1 #CFC #Juventus pic.twitter.com/ER6EZrxpDc

Re: Gonzalo Higuain takes his talents to South Beach
good for everyone tbh
Juve fans can rest assured they'll actually off-load him
Milan fans don't sink millions on him
Chelsea fans don't have to suffer through Morata
rest of the PL can rest easy knowing he will hardly improve them because he's finished

Gattuso said he doesn't know if Higuain will stay. That they will try, but that it's difficult when a player makes up his mind.

Pipita under the manager that gave him the top Serie A goalscorer award and the creative powerhouse of Hazard and Kante. I dont know how he would not be an unfathomable success.
Not to mention English food is guaranteed to make him fatter than ever

Define success. If you mean he'll do more than Morata, then yes.

I hope so. He had an absolutely miserable spell at Milan. I feel bad that Juve dumped him there ffs

Re: Gonzalo Higuain takes his talents to South Beach
I predicted he wouldn't even score more than 15 goals for us in the league lmao. Now he's leaving in January.
It's quite worrying that the two established names that were expected to lead the project have both left (Higuain & Bonucci). It shows the lack of faith star names have in the team and the project.
Best of luck to Higuain. He looked on another level compared to the rest whenever he had the ball. I just wonder who we'll replace him with now.

His heart was never here. He was very reluctant to join but at least showed proper professionalism and tried to do his job here. Best of luck to him.
Polish media is saying Piatek is very close to signing.
What the fuck is English food?
Do you mean Indian curry?

I'm curious to see how this goes, on one hand I hope his Napoli form returns, on the other, I can see this being another CF disaster. It could go either way.

Obviously he will improve them over Morata, happy for him to get his move.

The old Chelsea would have got him when he was still in his prime. Still, hopefully he'll score the goals that keep ManU out of the top-4.

I'll be frank here... EPL is MUCH faster in terms of pace than Serie A. I think Higuain will do well if he can handle the pace.

Re: Gonzalo Higuain takes his talents to South Beach
The myth needs to end he is finished. He was far and away our best player each time he had the ball for Milan.
What annoyed me about Gonzalo was his consistent bickering on the field but if you go from the system at Napoli to being forced at at Juve to a Milan with no real future at this current stage and an all too panicky manager, you will be as such.
Half the time he was forced to created for us dropping deep and doing a fantastic job at that, as where he dropped was the mental hit he took during that emotional Juventus game along with the red card, as if anyone knew that situation that occurred you would have likely a sleepless night right after if you were him.
He will be a resounding success under Sarri who followed through Rafael Benitez' revolution of Gonzalo into a far more complete player.

Officially a Chelsea player since yesterday. The same 18m loan with an option for another year for 18m, or 36m to sign him outright in the summer.

Re: Gonzalo Higuain takes his talents to South Beach
Too little too late. He is past his best (and his best was still a big game flop). There's a reason Juventus loaned him to direct rivals AC Milan.
