Messi shows for Suarez and Coutinho how it's done.

Not sure how if any of you guys ever been part of a side that conceded 6 or more but I can tell you first hand all you want are some beers and your bed.

Huesca tried but the difference in talent was way too huge for them. Poor fellas but they got roflstomped.

God in god mode. Dembele continues his improvement, everyone looking good, but our defense still meh... Pique has looked like his mind is somewhere else too often nowadays and Umtiti arent the boss we expect him to be still... Roberto is Roberto, cant defend for shit. Apart from that we looking good bounce

Mesa sent off with a second yellow for what can only be obstruction. Pau Lopez gets nothing for effectively clotheslining him to the floor. Apparently not even VAR thought Lopez did anything wrong. rofl

Farce all around, really.

I was about to mention how BS that 2nd yellow was. Jay probably used up all his luck when Arsenal won away.

Mesa's been walking a tightrope all game and probably would've been sent off one way or another. But man, not even VAR is going to save the atrocity that is Spanish refereeing.

Javier Tebas (La Liga president): "Many league teams offered to play in the United States because it's an important opportunity for them. The clubs will compensate their season ticket holders." [onda cero]

"It's not obligatory to play in the United States, it's voluntary."

Girona vs FC Barcelona match on the 26th of January will be played at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. [cope]

And what's the point? In the whole continent of America there are maybe 3 Girona fans. A "home game" for them will have about 100 % Barca fans in the stadium. Then we will wreck them and if someone gains more fans from it it will be Barca at the end. Laughing

you take care of your golden goose. the purpose of playing in the states is NOT to help the likes of girona, its to advertise the league and you do so by putting the best teams on show. real or barcelona gaining more fans is ultimately what's good for the league. its also good for girona that its barcelona they're playing, they would most likely have lost anyway whether they're playing at camp nou or at home. it would have been bad if it was a home game against say leganes, where they would actually need their home support to back them

the goal is really just to increase the league popularity in order to have a stronger base to negotiate the next TV deal.

More money on the TV deal >>> more money for smaller clubs like Girona. everyone win

And the ignorant Hala was trying to convince us Atletico can compete financially in terms of the salaries with the big two

Look how big the difference is between Real and Atletico

Of course they can't, but their wage budget has been steadily increasing over the next few years.

They are now paying Griezmann 23 millions net per year, that's the second biggest contract in La liga after Messi, probably top 4 in europe (after CR, Messi and Nerman).

Hala also put Albiol in his Spanish NT 23 man squad, the man is Mr. Madrid and is ridiculously bias this season...I love it.
