vs 1860 is Bayern's historic main rivalry.
1860 used to be the no 1 club in München up until the late 60s when Bayern truly arrived at the top (for example Bayern wasn't part of the Bundesliga at its beginning)
60er prided themselves on being the true München club and having more supporters in the city than Bayern, but that hasn't been true for a long time now.
Mismanagement has ruined them (longtime president Wildmoser even went to jail, a theme common among Münchner club presidents)

Yes, infact I "respected" 1860, they're historic club

It looks like similar to Juve-Torino though (Torino had more supporters than Juve in city before of emigration from South to North Italy in 60's, so they continue on this narrative but of course it's different now )

. Shame they're not in Bundesliga anymore

Nah Torino has a greater history than 1860 :coffee:

and Torino's golden age was ruined by tragedy, 1860s by stupidity :coffee:

also, 1860 was a huge Nazi club

Boateng hoofing a few long balls into nothingness but then getting involved in a brawl lmao

quality wise he's a shadow of his former best but good attitude

I don't wish having to play for Mourinho on my worst enemy let alone on one of my favourite players

With the score only 1-0, there is always hope, but I just cant see Hoff scoring, let alone coming back in this game, unless they maybe kick the crap out of the bayern players. Having said that, not overly impressed by how bayern are playing, I know it is only the first game, but they dont seem as "tuned in" as in previous seasons.

tbh that's pretty much all they've been doing so far, just like Frankfurt in the Supercup

That sort of came out of nowhere. Martinez is such a clumsy looking player.

Adams finally subbed off, meanwhile Kovac with a great sub, Goretzka for Martinez

Martinez gave the ball away before the Hoffenheim goal and looked shaky 2nd half

On the whole, VAR in Bundesliga has been, and continues to be, an unmitigated disaster

they're trying to improve this season by intervening less

seems that means the intervention will become even more erratic

Bayern does not need to have points gifted to them, yet it always happens. Cant wait until the Pig farmers leave and join that new euro super league.
