I go to the kicker website every few days or so to see if Kovac has been fired yet-yes I live a very boring life. As of 5 minutes ago, he is still manager. Talk of Oliver "Klaus Kinski" Kahn replacing Hoeness though. I dont know if it is me, but I find Kahn looks like Kinski.

Lots of talk here lately on the Iceberg about Alphonso Davies, apparently the biggest MLS transfer fee of all time, according to the Sirius satellite guys I heard on the car radio yesterday. I did read something on kicker about Kovac saying thing like he will be actually playing for the first team and not loaned or put in the reserves.

It wont happen, but a loss this weekend to Fortuna would definitely see Kovac fired,.

Biggest transfer out of MLS, yes.

I expect immediate impact from the kid.

If he can't compete with Gnabry and noone for 2 meaningful wide attacking supporting role spots, he can't be helped.

I personally don't think Kahn looks like Kinski, at all. Sometimes it is like that.

Oh dear, raise the sack alert to a full 10.

I cant really comment on the game, I didn't watch it, but yeah, he will be gone soon.

Thank you Dusseldorf, at least I don't have to read the rasp of shit Hans would be writing when he sees Madrid lost to Eibar.

I will admit, we drew 3:3, in a game we never should be drawing, with a coach that is likely to be sacked at some point in the future.
But then, at least we didn't lose 0:3, in a game we never should be losing, with the coach we just got AFTER after sacking the last one Proud Proud

If we had won today vs Fortuna Düsseldorf I would have seen us as as CL favourites tbh. Now, not so much.

I will never understand subbing in centre-backs in the dying minutes. More defenders doesn't mean you'll defend better. It just disrupts the entire flow.

Kovac is so beta.

It's Man City's or PSG's year imo. I can see the petrodollars finally achieve what they set out to achieve.

One thing I will say.
We cannot sack him before Thiago and Coman are back, absolutely not.
He deserves to stay until he can pick them again.

When you have Renato Sanches running the midfield, bad things are going to happen now and then.
